Donghyuck smiled to himself as he was once again on campus. He was walking out of Starbucks holding Mark's hand. He needed some caffeine before attending his first class. Unfortunately for him, Mark and him were not gonna see each other that often. Mark was in his freshman year of college and Donghyuck was in his senior year of high school.

"Why did you have to graduate?" Donghyuck mumbled with a pout. Mark chuckled and kissed his pouty lips.

"Hyuck, I will be there to pick you up once school finishes. I literally only have one class today and you can text me all you want. alright?"

"alright," Donghyuck sighed and let Mark lead him to the high school side of campus. Once they got to Hyuck's class, Mark kissed his forehead and forced him inside the class.  

Donghyuck gulped as he walked to the nearest seat. He had forgotten everything that had happened the previous year but now that he was in front of his classmates everything was coming back to him. Some of his classmates were looking at him with pity and others with comforting smiles. He hated it, that was the last thing he wanted. He didn't want anyone's pity.

After Iseul was arrested, so many rumors spread but one thing was clear to everyone. Donghyuck was a victim. 

Donghyuck knew he had to hold his head high and pretend like nothing bothered him, but of course, the trauma was still there. He just wished Mark could be next to him but Mark was off to start college.

"Hey Hyuck", Jeno said his name with a smile and sat next to him. Donghyuck let out the biggest sigh of relief upon seeing Jeno. He and Jeno weren't super close but at least it was someone he knew. "You okay?"

Jeno looked at Donghyuck with worried eyes. Donghyuck was a little tense and looked quite stressed. Jeno noticed the class looking at them and raised an eyebrow. One cold stare and everyone looked away immediately.

"Yeah", Donghyuck said in a whisper.

Mark sighed when he received a message from Jeno letting him know that Donghyuck wasn't doing that well. This was something he was afraid was gonna happen upon school starting again. Donghyuck might say that he's okay, but Mark knew that he was still struggling with last year's problems. It worried Mark so much because he just wanted to see his boyfriend happy. But he had to trust Donghyuck, he had to trust that Donghyuck would come to him for help when he needed it the most.

Jeno walked Donghyuck to his next class before meeting up with Renjun and Jaemin. He kissed both his boyfriends and hugged Renjun by the waist. "Sorry I'm late, I walked Donghyuck to his class"

"How is he?", Renjun asked with a worried tone. He was trying to avoid all the weird stares they got from other students. 

"He's tense"

"I should probably check on him after this class", Renjun said and avoided Jaemin's eyes, "but right now I have to go before I'm late, see you guys at lunch"

Renjun walked away quickly to his next class which coincidentally was with Donghyuck. He ran up to his friend and hugged him. At first, Donghyuck was confused and startled but warmed up quickly to Renjun. It was almost like this hug was more for Renjun than Donghyuck. 

"How's it going hyuckie?"

Donghyuck teared up a bit and murmured to Renjun, "I wanna go home and I want Mark, What about you?"

"I wanna go home as well", Renjun said with a sigh. 

They both looked at each other with knowing looks before Renjun spoke again.
