Their first concert would take place this evening in Paris and they still had some hours to drive.

However, after they had all woken up somewhat on the ferry, the bus ride was now much noisier and filled with laughter. Neal took out his guitar and Danny his fiddle and they started playing some lively tunes, some of them their own and some of them covers, while the others sang along or chatted amongst themselves.

Neal's eyes drifted to Emma every so often who was sitting with Lucy, Sarah and Olli on one of the beds. They were talking among themselves and every now and then would sing along to one of the songs they guys were playing. The bus was buzzing with excitement now everyone was awake and looking forward to the first concert of their show.

The girls had persuaded Larry and Antonia to drive along the coast to get some views of the ocean and take some breaks to admire the views, because as they pointed out: "If we are driving around the whole of Europe we might as well go to see the place."

And Neal was completely on board with that idea. The bus crew however, took every opportunity to see more of the countries they were driving through and while planning the round trip had deliberately left some space between shows so they would have more time to actually get to see the places.

Neal knew that was important for them all because it would be best to get out and have some adventures instead of just being cooped up in that bus and only seeing the venues they were playing. That would hardly be fair. And while Neal knew that sometimes he would not be able to join the others when they were cruising through the cities, he always made sure that everyone was happy and content.

So they made several stops to look out on the waves crashing along the shoreline and drinking in the sun. It was already much warmer here than it had been in London and Neal took out his sunglasses, happy to actually use them for what they were made for and not only to shield his identity.

"Heya, Mr. Bond, what are you so dreamy about?" Shane ripped Neal out of his thoughts as he stood next to him looking out over the far horizon.

"Nothing. Just happy to finally be back on the road."

"Me too, mate." Shane grinned, his black short hair glinting in the sunlight.

"Who's hungry?!" Emma's clear and bright voice suddenly turned everyone's attention to her.

"I don't understand the question!" Jeremy called back and she rolled her eyes while Olli and Antonia were laughing at him.

"Then all except for Jeremy, here's some wraps and fruit." Emma pulled out several boxes and was quickly surrounded by hungry crew that dug into the boxes like starving lions.

"Emma, I think I'm in love with you." Olli declared as he took a bite of his wrap and she laughed at him.

"Isn't it funny how people suddenly seem to love ye when ye give them food? World peace would be so easily achieved if everyone gave everyone food from time to time." She shrugged.

"Oi, it's not just the food, lass. Though it is a rather big point for ya." Olli smirked.

"Seems like you should sharpen your knives then, old boy." Shane said as he came back to his spot next to Neal, both of them now supplied with wraps filled with greens and chicken and apple slices.

"Hm?" Neal hummed, raising a brow in question as he chewed his food.

"Seems like you're not the only one interested in getting the attention of our Scottish sunshine. You better get ready for the fight."

"Haha." Neal said, rolling his eyes.

"Ey, come on. We all know ya fancy her." Alex suddenly chimed in as he appeared out of nowhere by Neal's other side.
