I think this ship is adorable! And yes Tang Shen is dead but Splinter also died so it wouldn't be too far fetched to think they reunited in the afterlife.
The turtles definitely deserve a mother and I'm sure Tang will love her sons and husband no matter what they look like.
Again, I really don't have that much to say about this one, so sorry that this one is short.
