Y/N's POV:

I ran inside the Play Place building to hide! They are after me! I can't stop. This is my only chance at escaping. I busted through the bathroom to clean myself. Scars and wounds covered my body.

I only had a few minutes to clean. I've heard of the rumors about the Rainbow Friends haunting this place. I didn't believe at first but this is starting to make me change my mind. After cleaning up, I left and roamed around.

I've never been here before. My parents were cruel and strict. Suddenly, I heard noises in the vents next to me. Something... Or someone... Was watching me. I looked through the vents. Only to be jump scared by a purple monster.

I screamed and ran as fast as I could. But it seems to know where I was because I heard noises through the vents. I slipped on a puddle of water near a vent and was immediately dragged. "Finally! No more running from me! I'll take you to my place."

Purple's POV:

I quickly dragged the human back but it kept squirming, so I had to book it. I crawled through the vents and threw them out. "Let's make this quick and easy!," I said. I readied my attack, but stopped immediately. The kid started shielding themselves... And their sleeves came down and revealed the scars.

I couldn't bear to see it. This poor kid. I reached my hand to them, but they blocked it. I can understand why. I decided to get a first-aid kit. "I'll be back," I said. I dove into one of the vents and headed straight to the lab.

I knew Red had one somewhere. I arrived at the lab and spotted it out in the open. I stretched out to grab it, but Red caught me. "What exactly are you doing?," He asked. "Nothing really. I need the first-aid kit. I found a human who is seriously injured!" Red didn't like that. "Our job is to kill them. Not spare them," he yelled.

"What about those teenagers that helped stop your father?" Red froze. "You know what... Touche." I grabbed it and quickly headed back to my vents. Luckily, the human didn't leave. Surprisingly, they stayed, but kept cutting their arm.

I took the knife away. "Hey... Maybe you shouldn't..." I said. I wrapped their wounds tightly. "Thanks I guess. I don't understand why you would help me. I thought you'd kill me?" I froze. It's true. I kill any intruders that break in, but I couldn't kill them for some reason.

"I was gonna kill you... But something hit me. I can tell you ran away. Didn't have a good childhood. I can kinda relate to that. I ran away from my foster homes. Everything may not seem well. But sometimes... Curses can come with blessings," I said, wrapping my arms around them for comfort. They accepted it. "What's your name?" I asked. "Y/N. What's yours?" "Purple." "Well purple," they said, "thank you.."
