Figuring out (Rain x reader)

He was my mate. He was mine. We both knew that but we were both to shy to say anything we just subtly flirt with each other. It's been going on for a few months now ever since I was summoned to help out on tours with getting everyone ready and making sure they have everything they need before we leave the ministry and before we leave the hotels. Simple job that wasn't that hard except when it was hard to stay focused when rain was around his smell was intoxicating and he was so cute his nose sticking out of his bug eye mask as they preformed always never failed to make me giggle. His humor gosh his humor was something we always laughed together whether it be during chores or walking to our rooms he always made me laugh. His shyness was almost as bad as mine so it was difficult to get used to everyone as well as everything but sister imperator had him show me around and how they did things so it helped me warm up to him but I still struggled with confidence around the others, although I always wanted to be near him. I always wanted to hug him I never did but I sure wanted to.
That was months ago I finally learned how to control myself around him. My desire to just hug him and have him be mine never faded in the slightest but I never could build the courage.
Someone knocked on my door as I was laying in bed on my belly reading a book. "Come in." Rain popped his masked head in and spoke. "Do you think you could come help me pack some it's going to be a long tour and I wanted to go ahead and be ready but make sure I have all that I need." I smiled and took my reading glasses off and sent it and my book on my nightstand. "Of course rain I'm always available to help." I slipped my comfortable fluffy green shoes on and stood up I'd always be available for him. I followed him to his room. "Apparently at some point it'll be cold where we're supposed to be so I think I'll need to bring some sweaters I found this really cute sweater at the shop the other day it had a black cat on its back but it was wearing an orange pumpkin sweater." He went on about his sweater and smiled "Really that does sound like an adorable sweater you gotta show me it." I grinned as he opened the door for me his room being very neat as I smiled seeing his fish tank with glo fish sharks filled with love plants and cute bark hides for them to swim under.
"I love your fishies!" He grinned and chuckled. "I'm sure they love you too." I giggled before going to his dresser and pulling out jeans and shirts most of it being black and dark blues an occasional burgundy color as he grabbed his duffel bag from under his bag and I started putting clothes in it. "I'll let you get your underwear and put it in here." He nodded helping me before he went to his dresser and grabbed a lot of underwear before bringing them to the bag putting them in. His fingers brushing against mine and it sparks up my arm and his as well he snapped his head to look down at me as I looked up at him and whimpered.
"Your my..." He started as I looking in his eyes as his pupils dilated and I nodded knowingly hoping as I looked down hoping he wouldn't be mad. He gently cupped my cheek making me look up at him "Oh (Y/N)..." he said almost in a whisper as he gently kissed my forehead.
   "Are you mad?" I asked tearing up before he pulled me close engulfing me in his arms. "I couldn't ever be mad I just wish you told me sooner I could've been holding you all the time like I've wanted to. I felt something for you I just couldn't figure out what it was." He leaned back to look into my eyes as I stare back into his beautiful blue eyes. I could stare into them forever as my heart races as my shaky hands make their way up to his face gently cupping both his cheeks rubbing them slowly before leaning up to peck his lips. He wrapped his arms around my waist as mine went around his neck as he kissed me gently and my breathing calmed and my hands stopped shaking.
"I've wanted to that for a while," He grinned placing a gentle kiss on my nose "Sit down I'll grab a few more things." He gently push me on his bed. "Mkay bossy." I giggled. He chuckled before going into his closet grabbing the sweater he had talked about earlier before walking back to me. "Arms up darlin'." He ordered and I lifted my arms some as he slipped it over me his fresh dew smell instantly filling my nose and engulfed me.
"You always smell so good." I smiled up to him before he held his hand out "Let's go grab dinner." I nodded grabbing his hand as he pulled me up "Piggy back ride?" He chuckled before turning around and bending down some as I jumped on his back my arms wrapping around his neck my legs gripping onto his side as his hands held my under thigh before he made his way to the dining room. I couldn't help myself to sprinkle his neck in kisses.
The smell of spaghetti filling my nose as we entered the dining room my tail starting to swish as I got excited. "Ooo yum spaghetti I love spaghetti!" He chuckled and set me down at a table. "I'll grab us both a plate." I nodded and he left to get some as I looked around I see most of the band members staring at me. They didn't know anything just seen how affectionate we were with each other as a small blush went over my face.
"Oh my god no way your rains mate?!" I jumped at the voice behind me turning to see a smiling cirrus giggling like a fan girl and I nodded smiling. "I know I knew for a while but I was to scared to say anything," I giggled "ain't he just so cute we even kissed before coming here we finally touched this morning and that's how he figured out!" She glanced behind me before I felt a kiss on my cheek and two plates appeared beside me. "I'm cute huh?~" he flirted before sitting down beside me chuckling at my dark red face. "Mhmm you are."
Cirrus sat down with us cumulus and sodo joining us sodo patting rain on the back "About damn time rain I thought I was gonna have to lock you two in a closet together in order for you guys to figure it out always flirting a shit it was obvious to us just wasn't our places to say anything." Sodo said before he dug into his food as rain rolled his eyes playfully. "Yeah yeah whatever as if." He started to eat and I did too.
I started to purr lowly as I felt his hand rest on my thigh as we ate. It felt so good to finally have affection that I was craving all the time especially since it was him.

Oh my love rain lol I wanted to make a little fluff maybe it could have been fluffier but oh well might do a smut one on him to it just feels idk he's so cute and innocent lol anywho I loved writing on it the past couple days getting to brainstorm what to do but till next time loves~
