Alright...Let's do this one last time...My name is Peter Parker...I was bitten by a radioactive spider...And for the past 3 years...I have been the one and only...Spectacular Spider Man. I am pretty confident you know the rest...

I saved the world.

I saved the world again.

And Again.

I lost some friends.

I fought new villains.

I gained back the trust of those whom I took their trust for granted.

And I realized that I wasn't ready for a relationship with either MJ...Or Gwen.

Their deaths...

Their deaths proved that I wasn't worthy for either one of them.

My best friend Harry...Him and His father were responsible for their deaths...

The death of Captain Stacy...Aunt May...

Octavius...

Anyways, with them being in the graves themselves...I continued my responsibility as the spectacular Spider-Man.

I got my own apartment.

I got my GED.

Attended Empire State University.

And became the editor of the Daily Bugle.

I visited the graves of the ones I've lost...

Both the ones I loved and the ones I've hated.

One day...I was facing the Prowler.

It seemed like a normal magical Wednesday.

And then all of a sudden: this weirdo wearing a cyberpunk Spider suit: came out of nowhere and easily put a stop to the Prowler.

Right here...This moment...Would be the moment that would change my life...Forever.

Earth-1610:

Alright...From the top, one last time: My name is Miles Morales. I'm a senior at B.V.A [Brooklyn Vision Academy]: and for the past three years...I've been Brooklyn's one...And only...SPIDER-MAN.

I've grown up: gotten taller and stronger.

I've learnt more about my powers: including a new power that I like to call my "Venom blast"

And...I got a new sidekick.

His name is Grayson Morhara. For the past 2 years, he's been the one...The only...Kid-Lightning.

It's a badass name if you ask me.

He's only 15 years old but he got his powers when he was 13. He was struck by lightning during a rugby tournament and was in a coma for two weeks. When he woke up, he saw that he was a foot taller and more toned than robust due to the sport he plays at Midtown middle school.

He's got spiky blue locks: emerald Golden eyes [which he keeps hidden under a mask]: and confidence which I've never seen before.

If you asked me, I think he'll make a great hero in the future.

And I know what many of you are thinking: "Miles: you aren't even your own hero yet, what makes you think you can be a mentor to someone younger than you?"

Well...It's because I had a mentor once. It wouldn't be fair to keep his teachings all to myself. One of my personal favorite lessons from Peter B. Parker? Never watch the mouth...Always watch the hands.
