I don't see why everyone is dying to be in a relationship,
It's not as easy nor does it have a happy ending like the stories were told,
Maybe it's because it would be nice to have someone to hold,
To be more happy at the ending of relationship than ever with them,
To make the sparkle and curve in your smile dim,
They will tear you down with hurtful words then get mad when you cry,
You will bust your ass to keep them happy but for you they wouldn't even try,
They will give their time attention and affection to another and sit back and watch while you suffer,
If they ever loved you is what you will ponder ,
They'll control everything in your life so everything you like you can kiss goodbye,
How invisible you'll feel when they never want to listen to you at all,
So be brave , don't let yourself fall,
For its a trap too hard to escape,
I promise love is like toxic poison killing and draining the happiness from your life,
It's like the one you love stabbing you in the back with a knife,
But painful it will be when the one you love likes to torture you but not set you free,
They'll laugh at all the damage they've done,
Because when you decide to never love again the game is over and they have won.
