I slowly blinked my eyes open and it took a moment for me to adjust my eyes with the sun light. I rubbed my eyes as i trued to sit up and now that i noticed strings attached to my hand.

I frowned and looked around to see a hospital room. The last thing i remembered was kyle and his gift. After that i don't know what happened.

I heard footsteps from outside as i leaned back on the bed and watched as the door opened and Harry walks in with a frown on his face but it disappeared as soon as his eyes fell on me.

I smiled as he walks over to me and hugs me tightly and i hissed as i felt a bit pain in my stomach. Strange.

"Sorry, love. I'm so sorry i wasn't there to prot-"

I shut him up by my lips because he's all i need. He sighed and kisses me back relaxing as he sat down on the bed.

"Don't Apologise Harry. It's not your fault and I'll fcking hurt you if you ever try to blame yourself for anything." I said with stern face and he chuckled.

"I know but still... I shouldn't have left you alone."

"You went to meet your fri-"

"No Louis." He shakes his head and i frowned as his face turned serious, "Juliet dragged me away from you. She took my attention away from you so that you could eat that cake and-"

"Hold on a second. Was it the cake that made me pass out?" I asked confused and he looks at me with his sad eyes and nodded.

"It was poisoned."

As soon as i heard those words my hand went to my stomach. "W-what? A-are my p-"

He immediately grabbed me by my shoulder, "Yes Louis. The pups are fine and healthy. Thank god nothing happened to them."

I signed and relaxed in his arms. "Who poisoned it Harry?" I asked but i realised my own question and answered myself, "It was Layla and Edward!"

He nods, "Yes. The cops sent me a video footage of yesterday. You can see that Edward and Layla bought that cake box and left empty handed. Then juliet suspicious got out with the same box which was opened."

I frowned, "I should have been more careful. I ate a piece of cake from the box they gave me as a birthday present. And... Layla even said that she made those herself!"

His face harden, "Juliet is involved in it . She distracted me and dragged me away from you so that Layla and Edward could give you the gift and feed you the cake."

I could feel tears in my eyes as i looked down at our hands, "I nearly killed my pups."

He immediately shook his head, "No Louis. Its not your fault-"

"Yes it is Harry. I was irresponsible and ignored the call..." I mumbled and didn't lifted my head up because I'm afraid to. It's all my fault, i shouldn't have ignored that call.

"What call?" He asks confused as he tilts his head to the side. I glanced at him before i looked down at his hand in mine as i fiddled with the rings on his fingers.

"I got a call...when we were about to leave for party."

It took him a second to realise before he says, "I remembered. You said it was wrong number!"

I nodded, "I lied Harry. It was actually unknown voice that said, jskxns" I looked up at him when i didn't heard any response.

His eyes were dark and his face was hard. His withdraws his hands from mine making my heart hurt when he looks away from my eyes, "W-why didn't you tell me Louis?"

I leaned forward to hold him but he moves back making me want to cry at the loss of his touch. "H-harry, i thought it was a prank or something. And if i would have told you nad it did actually turned out to be a prank, it would have ruined our beautiful night-"

"Well, it did actually ruined the night. By not being a prank but actually being a earning of the danger that ruined our night and we nearly lost our pups." He says with stern voice that made me gulo and move back as i looked down.

"I'm so-"

"Not only that, but now after this you won't be able to have any pups Louis."

My head snapped up as i met his dark angry eyes, "W-what?" His jaw was clenched and hands tight into fists as he looks away from me.

"The doctor said, you're too weak now and you'll have to go through a c-section after which you won't be able have kids. These...are the only pups we'll ever habe in our life Louis."

I looked down as tears fell down in my lap. I rested my hand on my stomach, that explains why I'm feeling so weak and numb.

"I-i..." I don't know what to say. My heart was hurting so much that i just couldn't hold it in and i bust into tears. I covered my face and sobbed in my hands.

Soon i felt his arms around my body and he was next to me. He kissed my head as i wrapped my arms tightly around him sobbing in his chest.

"I'm sorry i was being harsh. Please don't cry my love, what's done is done now. We might not have any chance to have more kids but we'll adore these pups and love them to the moon and back darling." He whispers and i calmed down with the help of his scent.

"I'm sorry Harry. I'm so sorry i didn't tell you about the call. I was... paranoid. I'm sorry-"

He kissed me softly and i relaxed, "Please baby... Stop apologizing. It hurts me to see you cry love." He mumbles against my lips and kisses me harder as tears trailed down my cheeks.

I sighed and pulled back as i stuffed my face in his neck. "I promise i won't hide anything from you from now on. I promise baby I'll be more careful from now on."

He chuckled and kissed my cheek, "I love it darling. When you call me baby, it gives me butterflies!"

I giggled as i looked at him with my doe eyes, "So you've told me baby!" He grins. I sat up as he gets in bed and checks my string on my hand.

"You're not feeling dizzy or pain right?"

I shook my head, "I'm alright. I just feel a bit weak but i can walk!" He nods, "They might discharge you till noon!"

I smiled, "That's nice, i hate hospitals!" He chuckled and pushed my fringes back as he leaned forward and kissed my forehead, "My pretty Luna, i love you so much."

I smiled as i stroked his cheek and dipped my thumb in his dimples when he smiled at my words, "I love you more baby."

I cuddled him and closed my eyes relaxing as he rubs my back. "Don't worry Louis. I've told the cops about juliet, layla and Edward. They said they'll integrate with them and they'll soon be in jail because we have proof!"

I hummed and breathed in his scent, "But our Christmas is ruined." He makes me face him as he pats my cheeks saying, "It's not love. Everyone is waiting for us at home. We'll have a party of our own and let's not forget the plans we made yesterday about your birthday!"

I huffed, "I'm weak!" He smirked as he licks his lips and leaned forward, "You know an alpha' saliva is a lot powerful and it'll heal any wound inside or outside his omega' body..."

My eyes widened, "You're seriously gonna lick my organs-"

"Don't word it like that!" He hissed scrunching his nose making me giggle.

"Alright, now kiss me you fool."
