It was hard to understand the concept of the relationship of Ashton Irwin, Calum Hood, Michael Clifford, and Luke Hemmings.

It was just something that happened.

Michael ran away from his parents, he was the first to run to Ashton for support. Ashton being 18 at the time, had no idea what to do. They had casual sex and soon Michael moved into Ashton's house. Ashton had a house at that age because his parents were tired of him and did anything to keep him away from them.

Calum was purchased. Then, he was upset and never looked at Ashton or Michael once, but he grew into it. He also lived with Ashton, who was 19 at the time. The boys would have turns with Ashton or have a threesome. No problems at all.

Luke, "the new one", was neglected by his other daddy. So Ashton took him under his wing. Now, Ashton is 20 and the rest of the boys are 16.

So if they ever get caught, let's just say it wouldn't go over smooth... Ashton was risking his freedom for three boys.

It was another normal morning at the house, Ashton woke up and checked on all his boys. He went to go make some breakfast for them, like always.

"Hey," Michael entered the kitchen not looking at Ashton at all and going straight to the fridge.

"Mikey, What's wrong?" Ashton asked, concerned Michael might want to leave the house. If he did want to leave it would be a big problem. Ashton could never let any of the boys leave, they might tell someone about the sex which could lead Ashton into big trouble.

"Nothing." Michael snapped his eyes darting at Ashton which lead to an eye roll.

"Watch your attitude, Im the adult here." Ashton groaned. For the past months Michael has been having an attitude and usually Michael was so easy-going.

"The adult that fucks minors!" Michael yells and runs out of the room

"Mik-" Ashton tries to grab his arm but misses him.

"What was that all about, daddy?" Calum says wiping his eyes as he walks into the kitchen.

"Nothing baby boy, I'll talk to him later. How did you sleep?" Ashton smiled. Calum was his good little boy, he never argued or had an attitude.

"Great. I love my new mattress you got me." Calum says taking a seat at the table.

"Make sure none of the food burns, I have to go check on Michael and wake up Lukey." Ashton says and leaves the kitchen.

He goes to Luke's room first.

"Get up, Lukey." Ashton smiles softly as he trys to shake the boy awake.

But he only receives a small groan from Luke.

"C'mon Luke, I made breakfast." Ashton says trying to see if food catches his attention.

"Wanna sleep." Luke says bluntly, rolling away from Ashton who sat at the edge of the bed.

"Luke, Im not going to tell you again, get up." Ashton puts some sternness into his words, which catches Luke's attention.

Luke rubs his eyes and gets out of bed, leaving Ashton sitting on his bed.

Ashton then goes to Michael's room, of course it's locked. So he calmly knocks.

"Go away." Michael muffles through sniffles. Ashton's heart drops.

"Mikey, please let me in." Ashton begs.

"No." Michael replies.

"Fine, be that way," Ashton reaches to the top of the door frame and grabs the spare key he leaves on there, for occasions like this, and unlocks the door.

"You fucking bitch!" Michael yells once he sees Ashton walking in.

"Michael, please stop." Ashton says taking him into his lap, Michael wiggles trying to escape.

"I hate you!" Michael says, tears streaming down his face.

"No you dont. What's wrong Mikey? Why are you acting like this?" Ashton asks.

"You always spend time with Calum and Luke. Never me. I always get sent to my room." Michael mumbles.

"I'm sorry baby, it's just that you always have an attitude and I dont think you should be rewarded for that." Ashton hugs Michael and kisses his forehead.

"I'll be better, I promise. I just thought you hated me." Michael says, burying further into Ashton's chest.

"I could never hate you, Mikey. You're my first baby boy. Let's go eat some breakfast, yeah?" Ashton smiles.

"Yeah." Michael replies with a blush and gets off Ashton's lap.

They walk into the kitchen together, and like always Calum and Luke have already got themselves a plate of food.

"Mike, go sit down, I'll make you a plate." Ashton offers kissing Michael's cheek. Michael nods and sits next to Calum at the table.

"How'd you sleep, Luke?" Ashton asks as he grabs two pancakes each for him and Michael.

"Good. I wish I was still sleeping but someone had to wake me up." Luke says as he shoves pancake into his mouth.

"You sleep too damn much." Michael laughs.

"I'm a sleepy person!" Luke giggles at him.

"Here Mike," Ashton sets a plate of pancakes by Michael and goes with his own plate to sit by Luke.

"I was thinking, can I get a phone?" Calum asks, Michael and Luke both popping their heads up and staring at Ashton with begging eyes.

"Um- I don't know, boys. It's not that I don't trust you. But what happens if one of you-" Ashton rambles and gets stopped by Calum.

"We won't get upset and call the cops or our families. We just want to get connected with other teens. Just make some new friends. Please Ash?" Calum begs.

"Boys-"

"We'll share it! Only one phone. Please Daddy?" Luke pouts at Ashton.

"Fine." Ashton gives in.

Michael, Calum, and Luke all smile at each other.

-

"You're giving them a phone?!" Josh gasps.

"Yeah, I am. I trust them." Ashton says.

Josh is Ashton's best friend that comes over regularly. While Josh is over the boys usually go outside and swim or just listen to music on their iPods.

"Who's gonna pay for the phone?" Josh asks.

"Well, my parents." Ashton shrugs watching the boys splash eachother in the pool.

"You're 20, your parents pay for this huge ass house and all it's bills, your phone, your car-"

"Yeah I get it. Im spoiled. I tried to tell them to stop paying for shit but they don't listen. They feel bad for me. Let em' pay. I don't have to work." Ashton smirks.

"You asshole." Josh groans. Ashton knows how much Josh hates working. Josh comes from the same type of family, a rich one, yet Josh's parents believe in 'working for your things' while Ashton's dont.

Josh and Ashton sit in silence, watching Calum spray Luke with a water gun while Michael tries to dive off the diving board, sadly Michael fails but he's getting better.

Ashton's thoughts are filled with uncertainty. Can he even trust them?
