The Game of Love

Chapter 8.

The weekend sadly ended and it was Monday. Who also dreads Mondays when they're in school? But I wasn't going to let it stop me. So I got up from my bed, took a shower, and changed into something very comfortable. Since the weather was actually cooler today, I decided to put a white crop tank top from American Eagle, and black sweat pants from Roots. Since today we didn't have to be at school until 10 am, I had time to color my hair. Since my hair is dark brown, I wanted to have red hi-lights so I called Yumi over to help me. When I heard the doorbell ring, I went downstairs to answer it; as always, my parents were already at work.

"Heyy!!" I said excitedly.

"Ready?"

"Yep!" with that, we went upstairs to my bathroom to get started with my hair. After an hour later, I washed my hair in the sink, and started blow drying it.

"Are you ready for the concert tonight?" Yumi asked me.

"Hell yeah!" Over the weekend, Yumi and I found out that Jay Park was coming to L.A for his concert. It's tonight at the Microsoft Theater and the concert is 19+. I was surprised that my parents allowed me to go and it's on a school night! The GOT7 boys were going too but it was only Mark, Jackson, Jackson, and Jinyoung. that was going because Youngjae, Yugyeom, and BamBam were underage.

"This concert is gonna be something we will never forget"

"I know! Get prepared for those sex songs"

"Lord, I'm gonna die" she said laughing. When I was done blow drying my hair, it was 9:45. I put on my Air Jordan Retro 4's in white/varsity red/black, grabbed my backpack, phone, house keys, concert tickets, and we left and started walking.

"So what's the plan for today?" Yumi asked.

"Well, since we're trying not to come back home, we'll probably go eat somewhere with the boys, drop off Youngjae, Yugyeom, and BamBam at Mark's house, and then head downtown since it starts at 7:30 and we get out of school at 3:15, we need to get there early before the line gets too long since it's General Admission" I explained.

"Sounds like a plan!"

"I'm so hype for this! This is practically our first time seeing Jay Park in person"

"I know!" When we finally got to the school, the boys were standing at their usual spots in front of the school.

"Hey guys!" I said excited.

"Hey!" they all said.

"So are you guys ready for the concert?" I asked excitedly.

"Yep" Mark said looking directly into my eyes, "You look really beautiful." I started blushing and said

"T-this is just my lazy day comfortable outfit"

"You still look beautiful" and all I could do was smile. Then we went to our usual spot for our free period; the bleachers on the football field. We were sitting, talking to the boys about their upcoming comeback and how they're going to dye their hair.

"What color are you guys gonna dye it?" I asked.

"We can't tell you" Mark says and I stuck my tongue at him in response, "But I'm getting mine tomorrow so you'll see" he said smirking.

"Okay" I said returning the same smirk he gave me. That's when the bell rang for class to start. Classes went by real fast than usual. I guess it was because I was so excited to go to the concert tonight. We were finally at lunch sitting at our usual spot. While I was eating, I noticed how Mark was staring at me, more than he usually does, not that I'm bothered by it.

"Why are you staring?" I asked him.

"Huh-O-oh, sorry" I then noticed that his face started turning red; he was so cute. When lunch was over, we pretty much skipped our 4th period class and left. We dropped off BamBam, Youngjae, and Yugyeom at Mark's house and so now it was only me, Yumi, Jaebum, Jinyoung., Jackson, and Mark.
