Natalia Romeo knew she should've ignored the call, she should've just stayed in bed instead of catching the first flight to Mexico to bail out her best friend and his roommate.
"How is it I always invite you to come here and you say no and yet when Ben says jump you say how high?" With both arms crossed, she eyed the two boys from above her sunglasses.
Tucker smiled sheepishly trying to find a way to convince her to get them out of there, and fast. "It just happened, One second we were throwing a party the next we're behind bars..."
"Don't blame Tucker, babe" The troublemaker of the pair finally spoke from beside his friend. The woman in front of them didn't look pleased at all so he had to turn up the ass-kissing to a 100 not that it was hard with the way she looked.
"How many times do I have to tell you not to call me babe, Wheeler." Her glare sent a chill down his spine, was it fear or something else? He didn't have time to think about it, "Plus don't you have a girlfriend?" Ben laughed, the whole reason they through the party was because he had broken up with the girl, she was...crazy.
"I'll see what I can do, just don't do anything stupid." Natalia sighed and walked away from the holding cell. She wanted to wring both their necks, she could be at home in her tub with a wine glass and scrolling through dating apps. She needed to get away from them, especially Ben Wheeler.
"See I told you she'd be able to get us out." Ben elbowed his friend who only sighed, "Yeah that means I owe her a favor, again."
Tucker wasn't sure what Nat would ask him to do but he just hoped it wasn't as bad as last time. He could still remember the wrinkly and cold feeling of her grandma's feet. He shivered just thinking about it.
"Let's go Tucker!" Nat was finally back with a guard who opened the gate for him. "THANK YOU!" Tucker ran out and hugged the woman. "Alright, Romeo!" Ben made his way out but was stopped, "Usted no." The guard spoke, pushing him back and locking the gate.
"What?!"
"Not you, Wheeler. Maybe staying in a little longer will make you understand not to call me babe."
"Oh, haha this is a joke right?"
Nat grabbed Tucker's forearm and walked him out to her car.
