"Hello Spencer. Girls," Wren Kingston nodded at each of them.

"Miss Montgomery, I have the results of your blood test here. It seems as though you have pretty high amounts of the medication "Prazosin" in your system. Now, this drug is typically taken for high blood pressure, but I don't see anything about that on your medical records or on your initial vitals examination. Do you have any idea how this could've ended up in your system?" Wren asked Aria.

"High blood pressure? No, I have no idea.." Aria told him, shaking her head.

"I-I gave her what I thought was an Advil earlier, but I guess I took the wrong pill bottle this morning. My dad has high blood pressure medication," Spencer explained to Wren. She was only half lying; her dad did have high blood pressure pills. Wren nodded.

"Ah, I see. Well, Aria, we're going to keep your for monitoring overnight to make sure you don't have a concussion, but I think you're going to be just fine," He told her. "Girls, visiting hours for anyone other than immediate family are over. You'd better let your friend get her rest," He nodded to Hanna, Emily, and Spencer.

"Okay. Feel better soon, Aria," Spencer said, squeezing her hand. She looked up at Wren with a weird look on her face before walking away. Emily and Hanna both gave Aria a gentle hug and followed Spencer.

"High blood pressure?" Emily whispered as they walked back to the waiting room. "So A has high blood pressure? That's so weird,"

Spencer shook her head. "A might not, but they definitely have access to that medicine. It's prescription-only."

Hanna sighed. "Anyone could get that medicine. You said it yourself, Spence. Your dad has high blood pressure, it's so common. This doesn't really help us at all,"

Spencer frowned. "Yeah, I guess you're right. I'm just glad Aria is okay though," Emily nodded.

"I can drive us all home? We can have a sleepover," She offered.

"I can't, I have a huge history paper due on Monday that I've barely started, and I can't steal Melissa's this time," Spencer said apologetically, rolling her eyes. Emily turned to Hanna expectantly. Hanna shook her head. With all the commotion with Aria, Hanna had almost forgotten about her dilemma, but reality came crashing down.

"I can't either, sorry Em. My head is still pounding, I think I should just go home and get some rest," She said.

Emily nodded. "Okay, no problem,"

The girls said goodbye to Mrs. Montgomery and walked outside together before going their separate ways. Hanna climbed into her car and leaned into her seat, exhaling slowly. It was finally time to get some answers.
