MARCH 7, DAN HENG, AND CAELUS WERE HUDDLED UNDER A BLANKET WHILE March 7 held a flashlight. Letters scattered across the ground.
It was like a true sleepover; 'gossiping' about pointless topics.
Except this time- the topic was all but pointless.
"Look! Even the pressed flowers are here!"
"They were carefully preserved..." remarked Dan Heng, lifting one of the pressed flowers to light: a hyacinth similar to the seal.
"So far," began Caelus, "We know that the 'Dearest' likes black coffee, has an interesting scent of cologne, and is part of 'Anti-Entropy'?"
"Yep!"
"From what is written thus far, it seems that the 'Dearest' and Y/N have a long-distance relationship of sorts," observed Dan Heng as he skimmed through one of the letter's text before continuing, "It is most likely that they work at a far distance from each other."
"Aw, what a sad romance." frowned March 7, her lips pouting slightly.
"I guess we keep going?" voiced Caelus, an evident look of excitement growing on his face.
"I agree with Caelus!" exclaimed March 7, "The letters will probably explain more about their relationship... and maybe even about the painting."
Dan Heng nods, however, he explains, "We should consult with Himeko after this as well, considering she has been on the Astral Express for the longest. It is likely she possesses some knowledge about the letters and painting."
"Sweet! One-stop shopping," grinned March 7 as she reached for another letter, remarking in the process, "It is strange though, all of these letters have already been opened and they have been put in order."
"Someone must have organized them at some point..." spoke Caelus.
"Agreed."
"Well, what are we waiting for? Let's read the next letter."
Thus, with semi-giddy smiles ( from March 7 and Caelus ) all three of them read through the letters ( Dan Heng did most of the work ) like high school friends watching a movie, hearts in hand.
