*Val POV*
I sat up, stretching. I sighed, getting up. I didn't sleep well last night. I have no idea why. I called for a cab, knowing Skul would be waiting for me at the sanctuary.

Upon arriving, I payed the driver, getting out near the off road street. I walked along through the desolate street, waiting for the first signs of roarhaven to appear.
Soon enough, I saw the sanctuary building in the distance. I walked slowly, enjoying the quiet. It was strange though. I couldn't remember anything from last night. Absolutely nothing. I swiftly walked into the sanctuary heading for Ghastlys office, to find out our case for today. I knock on the door, hearing shuffling from inside. Skul opens the door, nodding at me. "How are you feeling?" He asks, letting me in. I give him a confused look. "I'm fine, why?" I mumble, sitting on one of the seats infront of ghastly. Skul pauses. "You don't remember last night do you." He states, sighing. I shake my head, hearing ghastly groan. "What happened? I don't remember a thing!" I laugh, but stop when no one else does. "What? Was it something bad?!" I ask, worried. Skul sits next to me, stiff. "You died. You appeared at Ghastlys house in the middle of the night, somehow getting in. You were just standing there. He came down and called me, I came and you collapsed. You had no pulse. Then you woke up." He states, quietly. I stare open mouthed at him, confused. "Right. Okay. Umm... I don't know what to say..." I mumble, bewildered. "Let's just leave it for now... Let's hope we find a reason.." Ghastly mutters, sighing. I nod, secretly hopeful. I'm not sure if I really want to find out the answer.
