*Ghastly POV*
We sit at the table, staring at val." You didn't have a pulse." I state, frowning. She gives me an odd look. "Of course I did." She states, frustrated. "Just... Explain from the beginning!" She snaps, sighing. "Umm.... I don't know! Your the one in my house!" I yell, frustrated. She pauses, confusion coating her tone. "Wait... I came here... At night... By myself?... I don't remember anything!" She sighs, rubbing her temples. Skul, being silent this whole time, finally speaks up. "Okay so, ghastly woke up from hearing a noise. He came downstairs to find you standing in the middle of the room, staring at the floor, not responding. He called me, worried. I came and he touched you and you collpapsed. I checked your pulse." He blurts out, annoyed. "And?..." Val asks, her eyebrows raised. "You didn't have a pulse." Skul states, tilting his head. "That's...that's impossible!" She states, covering her face. She starts twitching, and a groan escapes her lips. "Val?!" I ask, alert. She shoots Upright, nodding. "Right. We'll figure this out in the morning. I'm tired" she states, getting up. She wobbles a bit, and Skul steadies her. "Maybe we should see a doctor..." I suggest, but she immediately shakes her head. "No." She states, her voice dark. "Come on, let's get you home..." Skul mumbles, trying to change the subject. She nods, just following him to his Bentley.
