Youshu stays in Prince Duan's Mansion in the name of Deng Chaoshan's closed disciple, and is usually responsible for taking care of King Duan's meals, dressing, washing, cooking medicine, massage and so on. He followed Prince Duan wherever he went, and the people in the mansion gradually got used to the inseparable state of the two.
As for the lost Tibetan-sleeved dog, no one mentioned it anymore, but the pug brought back by Youshu was picked up by Xiao Shunzi and took good care of it. He originally wanted to ask Mr. Youshu if he wanted to keep him, but he just picked up the puppy and was licked by it, which made the prince furious and ordered him to take the pug away and throw it away.
Xiao Shunzi always thought that the prince, like himself, was a dog lover, but looking at it now, it seemed that he was thinking left. The prince doesn't love dogs, but only loves the dog named "You Shu". Poor Young Master Youshu has become a dog's stand-in without knowing it, and is still laughing foolishly all day long. Mr. Youshu is a good man, knowing that the prince forbids it, but still told him to quietly pick up the dog and keep it in a courtyard, and he will take full responsibility for what happened. So kind and simple, if one day he falls out of favor, what should he do?
You Shu felt uncomfortable under Xiao Shunzi's sympathetic gaze, and pushed the master's wheelchair for a few quick steps. They had already entered the palace gate and were about to go to the imperial horse farm. Along the way, they met many ministers of civil and military affairs, and they all stepped forward to salute. Several old elders cupped their hands and said, "Your Majesty, the Emperor is very happy to hear that you are finally willing to go out, and plans to go down in person to win the lottery for you."
"I'm ashamed to make my father worry." The Seventh Prince waved his hands again and again.
Everyone walked and chatted, and when they arrived at the racetrack, many princes and nobles were already sitting in their seats. Because King Duan was not good at walking, and he had been specially entrusted by the emperor, his seat was at the outermost edge of the first row, and there was a lot of space, so there was no need to worry about crowding. The next table is the seat of the sixth prince, Prince Su, accompanied by a wife, two concubines and several children.
Prince Su is the prince's direct relative-elder brother, with an extraordinary status. There is an endless stream of ministers who come to toast and flatter him, and his wives and concubines are also surrounded by female relatives. Sharp laughter came from time to time, making Youshu's ears swell. He sat patiently for a while, and seeing that it was late, he quietly approached and asked, "Master, when does the horse race start?"
"Let's start when the father and the prince come. If you can't sit still, you can go for a walk, but don't leave my sight." The seventh prince stroked his smooth hair.
Youshu pointed to the little dolls squatting in the grass to catch grasshoppers, and said hopefully, "Then how many grasshoppers shall I catch?"
The Seventh Prince couldn't help but waved his hands and said, "Go, let Xiao Shunzi weave a grass cage for you, so that the grasshoppers you catch won't run away again."
Youshu was overjoyed, and hurriedly ran towards the lawn not far away
. Xiao Shunzi plucked a few stalks of dog's tail grass, wove him an exquisite grass cage, followed step by step, and helped collect the spoils, or toys. The more he looked at Young Master Youshu, the more he felt that he was like the Tibetan-sleeved dog before. He remembered that the grasshoppers and beetles that the Tibetan-sleeved dog pounced on back then were all made into cages for him to put away, and then hung under the window lattice, and he could occasionally hear them at night. Xixisuosuo's calls are very hypnotic. That Tibetan-sleeved dog is quite spiritual, it doesn't kill indiscriminately, and will let go of the bugs that are tired of playing, which is very similar to Mr. Youshu.
