It had only been about 2 days since Mike gave out his response to the email he got, the people who sent the invitation told him through another email that he will be brought to the isle by helicopter in about a couple of days, so during that time he got to work packing in some clothes and a few other items like toiletries and his phone aswell for the trip, Jenny was still hesitant on going to this island with her boyfriend, but ever since she saw him putting his clothing into his luggage bag, she knew Mikes decision was set in stone.
On the day that the two were scheduled to arrive, Mike was freaked out suddenly to hear the loud noise of a helicopters blades spinning outside of his house as he jumped out of bed, he quickly got himself dressed and helped Jenny wake up aswell before Mike grabbed their luggage and ran outside of the house.
Indeed, the two were shocked to see that a pitch black helicopter had landed outside of their house, and the pilot was walking out of it before moving over to the couple.
"Good evening you two, my name is Gertrude and I am your pilot for tonight, I'm assuming one of you is named Mike?.." the pilot said in a more cheerful tone then Mike was expecting.
"Uh, yes, my name is indeed Mike, and this is my girlfriend Jenny, your here to bring us to 'isla lucidity', right?" Mike said, now being a bit more cautious then usual just incase he was accidentally talking to a stranger and was making the most awkward conversation in all of history.
"Yes sir, we're here to bring you to Isla lucidity, go into the helicopter and we can start flying there" Gertrude said as Mike went inside of the black helicopter, subconsciously praying he didn't just get himself kidnapped by accident.
As the two sat down on two of the helicopters back-seats and put on their seatbelts tightly, Getrude soon started up the helicopters engine as it began to fly into the air, Jenny looked through the window and basically saw the entire neighborhood they lived within, truly showing her just how far up they were, Jenny wasn't really scared of heights before, but she thinks that would change if she kept looking through the window.
"So, um.. Gertrude, how long will we be in the air? by that I mean- how long will it be until we reach the island?" Jenny asked as she saw Gertrude looking over at her.
"Oh, only around 4 hours, this helicopter is pretty fast afterall, but just incase any of you get bored while waiting, I do believe there are a few random magazines near your seats you could look at" Gertrude responded as Mike picked one of them up.
The magazine itself only had a few news headlines and a couple wordsearches in it however, so it wasn't long until Mike had fallen asleep in pure blooded boredom.

"Hey, Mike?.."
"Mike.."
"Mike, we're here!"
The sudden voice of Jenny jolted Mike awake as he looked over at her.
"Wait, whuh?" Mike slurred his speech a bit since he was still half-awake, but as soon as he looked outside the window, he soon fully realised what was going on: they had already landed onto the isle.
Through the window, Mike could see there were around 5 other helicopters scattered around on different landing spots, he could also see a huge amount of trees ahead of him with the only sign of human tampering being a singular cement path right in the middle of all the shrubbery, and over it all, right behind the forest from afar, was the vauge outline of an gigantic stone mountain hidden behind a wall of fog.
