2:07pm- I Started my period today and here's the part about what changed; my legs aren't sore and I don't have cramps. I'm not even bloated. The things I've listed are all "usual" parts of my cycle that didn't happen this time. In past experiences I noticed that the more intense my cramps were, the heavier my flow and that my legs would always get sore and heavy right before the flow would begin; same with the bloat. What changed was my choice to go natural in terms of products I use. I'm also testing a reusable pad to see how well it holds up to determine if I'll continue buying the regular ones or not.
There's supposedly gonna be another lockdown for "another variant" though with the fires going on, i highly doubt a disease is the true reason for telling people to stay at home this time. There's also supposedly more Dragon sightings but who knows 🤷♀️.
I have my own little medicine box of essential oils and herbs that are good for simple ailments; I also added the ovarian cyst medicine I had ordered. So far I have remedies for nausea, sleep struggles, cold/flu, cough, bugbite, minor burns, and some mental health issues (aromatherapy on that part). -When you don't trust big pharma lol- Also, Lavender is antibacterial and antiviral so it's good to add as well and make into a tea or add to the production of a natural cleaner.
