You stood there in front of the confused Venom, who was only there due to the police radar and Eddie ripping into him to go help out.

Why was he confused, though? You went missing six years ago. Not a trace of what happened, not a peep; you just disappeared.

He watched you limply walk out of a building that soon caught fire, a twisted smile forming on your face while eyeing him down.

"Morsel..?" He said with his usual low and raspy voice.

You were standing there, your smile faltering in confusion. You didn't understand who he was talking to. You didn't recognize him. You didn't know who he was nor had any memory of him.

He rushed towards you, and you immediately got into a fighting position. You glared at him, thinking he was going to attack you.

Halting just barely in front of you, he reached his hand out, which you took as a threat, and grabbed his arm,

"GET AWAY!" You screamed while throwing him over your shoulder and using that as a chance to jump away.

He lay there in shock, staring at the sky.

"Please tell me I'm high... SHE'S ALIVE!?" Eddie echoed in his head while he was still in shock.

"And told me to get away.." He said, almost like his heart had broken into millions of pieces.

Growling, he got up and looked at the destroyed building spots, indicating where you jumped.

"What the fuck.." Venom muttered out, vocally confused.

Still confused, he started to jump from building to building, following the marks to try and find you.

After several hours of searching and jumping, he finally found you. But you were destroying another building and pinning someone to a wall.

He landed beside you and growled,

"Morsel.. let him go."

After hearing that voice, you snapped your head at him and groaned, dropping the random only for him to flop over-clear signs of no life.

Venom's eyes widened after witnessing his body fold over. He couldn't believe his eyes at the fact that you took another person's life.

"Who.. are you..?" You asked, but your voice was nowhere near how it used to be.

He was taken aback at the voice that came out of you. His eyes widened again after putting the puzzles together. A symbiote was potentially controlling you..

He stepped towards you and held his hand out, which you grabbed to attempt to throw him, only for him to get your wrist and throw you onto the ground. Milliseconds before the impact, though, a pink and black symbiote covered your body.

He got mad, realizing he was right, and hated that fact.

The symbiote soon snared and threw him off her. She stood up, facing away, and her hand started to twitch.

"Stay.. a-a-away.. Venom." The symbiote stuttered out, hands twitching more, turning its head 180° to look at him.

He stared at the symbiote controlling you and groaned,

"Let her go." He tried to demand.

With a cackling laugh, the symbiote slapped its knee.
