Vanishing

Sometimes
When I feel the anger boil

I run miles until I go numb
My core aches

My shoes scrape against the concrete

Sweat drips down my face
Like the nighttime rain

My breath heavy

My body cold

Leaving me tired

The sun finally rises

Burning my skin

To wish to disappear is not my fear
But who i leave behind is

If only there was another way out

But its not only by death shall I clear my mind

No matter how far I run

No matter how fast I run

My mind runs with me

Leaving me no space to breath oxygen

But rather the blood that I shed

When death brushes past my face

Nothing more than adrenaline rushes through my veins

But he chases me hoping i'll come back

But I continue vanishing...
