Blair:
I didn't have time to talk to Ledger. I have to get to work, give my mom dinner, then go to work again. I'm so happy I only have one job on the weekends and its books. I'm surrounded by books. Best. Job. Ever.
Anyways, Ledger needs to back off because I have a lot of things to do and I don't have time for his bullshit.
"Blair.." Ledger says, softly grabbing my arm and pulling me to a stop. He turns me around to face him. My face is so close to his, it's unreal.
"um yes." My face was so hot I thought it was going to melt off. I bet it was bright red too. He smiled. He knew I was blushing.
"Can you help me with my English homework?" This motherfucker.
"I don't have time."
"What's your job? I'll talk to them."
"Campbell fashion."
"Oh Isabella's parents company. I can talk them into giving you a few days off with pay." Fuck My Life. This man is such a life saver. And Isabella? Fuck. If she finds out, I'm dead.
We walk to the building and Ledger tells me to stay inside the lobby. He goes to the front desk and asks to see 'Amelia Campbell', Isabella's mother, I assume.
A gorgeous, middle-aged woman walks out an elevator. They go into a room and talk for a little bit. Around 10 minutes pass and Ledger comes out and walks up to me and hands me an envelope.
"What's this?" I ask. He's now looking at me with love and warmth instead of his normal cold, statue stare.
"Your check for a month." WHAT!?
"huh."
"You get a month off and here's your pay. Straight up." I look at Amelia Campbell and she smiles and nods, then walks into the elevator.
"I don't know what to say. I can finally get a decent sleep. Thank you."

LEDGER:
I freaked out. I was going to tell her I kind of like her and I'm worried about her but I chickened out. They way she looked at me made me forget all the words and things I wanted to confess to her.
"So do you want to come to mine? Then we can walk to the café." I ask waiting for a response.
"Okay but on the way to the café I need to stop by my apartment and give my mom her dinner."
"Of course."

AT LEDGERS MANSION:
We arrive at my house and Blair looks up at me. She looks nervous about something.
We head inside. We moved into this house a few weeks ago. We go upstairs to my room and she breaks down in tears.
"What's wrong, mi amour?"
She explains to me that this used to be HER house. WHAT? Her dad left and that's when her mum fell ill and lost her job, so they had to move into a cheaper home and she has to work because her mom can't.
Poor girl.

After we studied and did our homework we started walking to the café. We stopped at her apartment to give her mom he dinner. There was only enough food for one person so Blair had nothing to eat. I felt so bad for her. She is suffering just to keep her mom alive. She is so generous. She is always thinking of others. I admire her.
I think, maybe...
I love her.
