JORDANS' P.O.V

I had just sat down on the bench and was looking around. I couldn't seem to find Chelsea or Kris anyway. I couldn't think about it now. I had to focus on the game.

There was about 12 minutes left in the 2nd period and I couldn't play. I was doing absolutely shitty. I don't even understand why. I was still looking in the crowd for Kris and Chelsea. I don't understand why they just up and left. When I got on the ice, I saw that I was on the ice with Max. Even though he was a center and I was a wing, I still had to get an opportunity to talk to him. The puck was deflected out of play, so now was my chance.

"Max," I said coming close to him. That got his attention. I think we have bonded more. Especially since I was dating his sister.

"Hey Jord. How come Chels and Kris left?" Max then said. Well shit. That is what I was going to ask him.

"Well shit. I was going to ask you the same question. I haven't heard anything and it's freaking me out. Don't you two have twin telepathy?" I asked, right as the whistle blew again, so I couldn't wait for a response.

I had just taken my shift on the ice. I went and tried to grab one of the Gatorade bottles. Then I felt someone's hand on my shoulder. It was Jonesy's. Jones then said, "Ailsa took Chelsea and Kris home. Chelsea started to get sick." This news made a huge weight roll off of my shoulders.

"Oh great. I was starting to get very nervous" I responded. Ryan just chuckled. He knew I was falling. And falling hard.

TAYLOR'S P.O.V

AFTER 2-1 WIN OVER CALGARY

I had gotten a text message from Aisla and I was in a group chat with Nuge. I was a little confused because Aisla had my number in case of emergencies. I started to get a little scared at the same time. I quickly grabbed Nuge and we started waking in the hallway. Then I saw it was a voice recording.

"Dude what the hell do you want. I wanted to hurry and leave today. I'm exhausted," Ryan said. I knew he would understand once he checked his phone. I signaled him to check his phone so he did. Then his face sort of dropped.

We both decided to go into a hallway. Jordan was in the changing room showering, so we had no one to ease drop on this. The only thing that was sent along with the voice recording was "Dont let anyone else hear this or so help you two". I'm not gonna lie, Ailsa was rather intimidating. She was small, but she knew how to sound strong.

I decided to play the voice recording out loud. What Ryan and I heard completely shattered us. We knew Natalie was the girl that cheated on Jordan. We had no idea why she said they were still dating and why she even showed up. We haven't seen her for about 7 months. I started to cry because Chelsea had become one of my best friends. And Ryan knew that. He put his arm over my shoulder and was comforting me best he could in our padding. I was so glad we knew where she was. I also knew we couldn't tell Jordan though. She needed time alone. Which was going to be devastating to Jordan. He won't understand. Specially since the love of his life appeared to walk out on him. This is all becoming one huge misunderstanding.

AT HOME:

JORDAN'S P.O.V

I was ready to see both Chelsea and Kristopher. After that win I just wanted to hug the two people that matter most to be. I was the first one to go into the house. I unlocked the door and yelled up "Chelsea I'm home. I'll be up in a minute." I thought it was odd because I didn't get a respond back. So I dropped my things and immediately ran upstairs to check on her. I knew she left the game because she was sick so I had to go take care of her. I then heard the door close and I knew Ryan and Taylor locked up. I heard Taylor come upstairs. His eyes seemed a little puffier and redder than normal but I'm sure it was just because of the game. Then I realized I should go get some medicine for Chelsea. So I went downstairs and grabbed a cup of water. That's when I saw the note-
