CHELSEA'S P.O.V

We had just met the team and I had my fight with Sam and Andrew. Now its time to skate with the guys and then we are going to lunch. Once we get home both of our families are coming over. Once I told Sam and Andrew the real story they understood. I understand why they blew up at me, but it still hurt. I have apologized because we may have fights but we will always be family.

"Hey Chels. We should put Kris on skates today. Get him started early." Jordan said. He snapped me out of my thoughts.

I decided to think about this. I mean he is half a year old. He is crawling good. He isn't walking yet. I decided, "ok. But you can't let go of him. And you can't just hold his hands you have to hold his whole body. He just mastered crawling. We don't want him falling. Just be careful!" I knew that the only thing Jordan fully heard was yes. I really hope nothing bad happens. Once he has mastered walking I will allow Jordan to take him fully skating.

"Oh great!" Jordan said. I knew he was excited. He then leaned in and kissed me. I didn't argue with that. But it was only a quick peck considering Jordan was ready to teach his son to skate. "I promise he won't get hurt. I will be careful and hold his body and put a helmet on him," he then said. Wow. He did listen! Better yet he added something. I knew Kris would be fine.

I was so excited to get Kris on skates. I don't think he will be doing much of anything by himself, but having him be on the ice is a great first step! I carefully tied Kris's skates while he sat in Taylor's lap. I got Kris's skates all tied up, so I picked him up and went out on the ice. I have to make sure I do everything that Chelsea said or else I will be dead. I carefully hold on to Kris's body while I put him down on ice. I then crouch down and skate behind him. Well more of push him. So far, he is loving it. He is laughing. Which causes me to laugh. I can just tell by his body gestures that he is loving this new experience. I can tell he will be just like his daddy and be a hockey player.

2 HOURS LATER

JORDAN'S P.O.V

We had been out on the ice for a while. It's been like an hour and a half. Kris was now sitting on my lap and I was on my butt sitting in center ice. I was just talking to him and telling him how I would never leave him. No matter what. I was also telling him how much of a blessing he was. I heard someone and I turned to see who it was. I knew it was most likely Chelsea. She went back to the apartment for a while to clean up before our families come over. I got up and started skating off ice. That's when I saw Chelsea sitting on the bench.

"How long have you been sitting there?" I asked. I just wanted to make sure she wasn't waiting long. "Have you been waiting long? You could've said something," I then added.

"About half an hour. I wouldn't say anything. I was watching father son bonding time. And it was cute. Thank you," she then replied. She then stood up and took Kris. I sat down and started untying my skates while she untied Kris's.

"Why thank you?" I asked.

She then replied, "I saw the first part of you guys skating and saw how careful you were. And I saw how sweet you were with him. I'm glad you will always be there for him." I knew she was genuinely thankful. Or else she wouldn't of had that look in her eyes.

I then took her hand and we walked into the locker room. I wasn't sweaty so I just changed into a nicer shirt and we went to lunch. We were meeting the guys somewhere.

LUNCH TIME

I was eating lunch and holding Kris when all the questions started. Not bad questions; just questions to get to know me better.
