Barricades of Sincerity (Kaisoo)

Chapter 1

Kyungsoo was thinking of what design he would add as a decoration in the nursery room. He was looking at it, observing what he thinks was missing.

Kyungsoo didn't know Jongin just got home from the office. He was hiding a bouquet of flowers behind him to surprise him. Kyungsoo didn't noticed Jongin's presence so Jongin hugged Kyungsoo from behind while staring lovingly at the nursery room they personally made just for their future baby.

"Jonginnie! You're finally home."

Kyungsoo faced his husband and gave him a peck on the lips. Jongin put his arms around his waist and put his lips on Kyungsoo's milky neck, kissing it gently. He sniffs his scent, loving his husband's smell.

"Yeah, baby." Jongin faced his husband and kissed the tip of his nose. "I'm home." He smiled at Kyungsoo and hugged him tightly. He gave Kyungsoo the bouquet of flowers and loved its smell.

"Hey, Jonginnie! I was thinking of what decorations to add here in our baby's room? You know, I was kinda hesitating if I'd add up some thing here or....nah? What do you think?" Kyungsoo asks his husband and rested his head on his chest. He closed his eyes for a moment and felt the moment. It feels like home. It feels like home in Jongin's arms.

"Anything you want, baby. It's okay to me." Jongin coos. Kyungsoo just smiled at him.

"Ah! I prepared a dinner downstairs before headingg here. Won't you mind giving it a try?" Kyungsoo snaps. Jongin chuckled, he cupped his husband's face and kissed him on the lips. "I wouldn't mind at all if it was you, Soo."

Kyungsoo chuckled grabbed Jongin's waist as Jongin placed his arms around the latter's shoulders. They went to the dining room and ate the viands Kyungsoo prepared.

And as ever, Kyungsoo's dishes were tasty.

And that made Jongin fall even deeper to Kyungsoo, even more.

After eating their early dinner, they rushed to the mallㅡto the children's section to be exactㅡto buy a gift for Ziyu, Luhan and Sehun's son, for his 4th birthday.

"Hey, Soo! Which of the two do you prefer? Can't choose prolly, though. Ziyu might get mad at me if I don't buy him a Hello Kitty plushie, but he also wants an Iron Man shirt. What should I do?" Jongin pouts. Kyungsoo chuckled and took the Iron Man shirt and the Hello Kitty plushie from Jongin and looked firmly at him.

"Why don't you buy it both, honey? You're just making your life pretty hard." Kyungsoo jokes and pinched Jongin's nose lightly. Jongin hissed and went to the cashier to pay their gift.

"Honey, don't go far, okay!" He heard Jongin shouts. He just nods and turned his gaze at the babies' clothes near him. He smiled when he remembered what Jongin said to him.

"Soo, I love you. My life is now perfect with you. I'm so lucky to have you here beside me. I know our life would be more meaningful when the day comes you'll bear our child." Jongin kisses Kyungsoo passionately on the lips. "You're everything I wanted, I love you."

Kyungsoo smiled at the thought. He'snd excited to have their own baby, especially Jongin. They both love kids so much, and they can't wait to have of their own anymore.

Since they got married, they already done it. And now that they're a half year married, they're already expecting a baby.

Kyungsoo grabbed the Pororo designed bib and rubbed his fingers in it, feeling its soft and smooth cloth. He just love this feeling..the feeling like you have your own child by just grabbing things that babies usually use. With just these little things, Kyungsoo was already..amused.

He was busy imagining himself with Jongin being a hands-on parents to their future child when Jongin came and surprised him with a tight hug from behind.

"Wanna buy that for Taeoh?" Jongin asks, grinning at Soo. Yep, they already chose a name for their baby when Soo gets pregnant. Kyungsoo just shrugged.

"It's...cute. And add the fact that its design was Pororo. It was too irresistable, Jonginnie. I wanna buy it for Taeoh." Kyungsoo looked at Jongin with an awe.

"Alright then. Everything for you, baby." Jongin says and grabbed Kyungsoo by his waist and kissed his temple.

God...Kyungsoo and Jongin are too excited for a baby.

When will Kyungsoo even get pregnant? He, himself, hopes so. Soon.

The two roamed around the mall when they heard Kyungsoo's phone rang.

Jongin stared at Kyungsoo with his brows raised, and arms crossed. "I thought you're on a leave at the hospital today? Who's calling you anyways?"

Kyungsoo laughed at his reaction. His dear husband was jealous. How cute.

"Don't doubt me, okay? It was Lu. Don't freak out, honey." Kyungsoo says and hugged his husband and excused himself to anwer the phone.

Luhan was Kyungsoo's doctor (and his co-doctor in their hospital) about his pregnancy, anyways.

"Hi, Lu? What's up?" Kyungsoo greeted.

He heard a sigh from Luhan. His heart beat faster. What...was that? He somehow felt nervous.

"Kyung, please be here tomorrow at the clinic with Jongin. We have an important matter to discuss."

Luhan then ended the call. Kyungsoo held his chest. His heart was beating fast. Why is he feeling this way?

Why does he feel....nervous?
