Nick's POV
"Nicholas" Sofía said in her Spanish accent, I stirred in my sleep
She whacked me with a pillow "ow Sofía" I said sitting up and took the pillow from her
"It's time to get up" she said and I looked at the clock, 6:40
"It's 6 in the morning" I said knowing we don't go to work until 8
"Yes however this is your first dad of dad duty" she said "I have done fine for the last couple of weeks last time I checked" I said annoyed with being rudely awoken at this hour
"Yes however this is their first day back at school" Sofía said I smacked my forehead "ok give me a minute" I said getting up to get dressed
She made the bed while I changed we went downstairs
Jason Aidette Luis and Bella were all awake, "good morning guys" I said "morning" they said
"What do you guys want for breakfast?" I asked "waffles" Sofía pulled the stuff out and looked at me
I went and did the task as I'm not incapable of doing such a basic task
I gave them to the kids they ate and then Sofía told them to get dressed and grab their bags since it's a school day they did as their mom asked them
I drove them then we went to work together walking in holding hands
McGee looked at us like we had 4 heads as we went to our seperate desks and put our stuff down
So did Quinn but we ignored them "did-did I miss a chapter?" McGee asked confused
"Depends we're you reading it in a different language then skipped it because you couldn't understand it?" Sofía said and I laughed
She smiled at me and we got to work as Gibbs came in with another case for us to deal with
