PETE POV:
I decided to come back in secret, I needed to see everyone. I had Buddy by my side.
"Where would you like to go sir?"
The taxi driver asked me.
"To ***** please"
He nodded and drove away from the airport. I was going home.
VEGAS POV:
I sat in my office at home staring at my computer screen. I'd lost hope that Pete would come back, especially after what my papa did.
Part of me didn't blame him, the part wanted to punch my papa and murder him.
Porsche came and visited me everyday, sometimes with Kinn too. He didn't understand why Pete left and I haven't told him either.
My attention was diverted to a knock at the front door.
"Hold on Porsche!"
I ran down the stairs and opened the door.
"Hi"
PETE POV:
His jaw dropped.
"P...Pete? Is that really you?"
"Yup"
I dropped my bags and he pulled into a hug.
"I can't even say how much I missed you. No word describes it"
I felt myself tear up, I deeply missed being in his arms. Buddy jumped up at Vegas.
"Hey Buddy!"
He ruffled his fur and we both went inside.
"I'm sorry for leaving so suddenly, your father-"
"I know, I know"
He held my hand.
"I'm sorry about all of this"
