Chan walked into the living room of their dorms and he saw all his soulmates but two. He raised his eyebrow as he walked over to the couch where Jisung, Hyunjin, and Changbin were seated. 

"Where's Minho and Y/N?" He asked in a curious tone, as he didn't know where his soulmates had gone off this early in the morning. He wasn't particularly worried, but he still wanted to know where they were.

"Minho went to pick her up from the cafe'. Her friends wanted to meet her" Hyunjin explained and Chan nodded in response once he got the answer he was looking for. 

Felix then entered the living room as well and he walked out of the kitchen with a cup of coffee in his hands. He walked straight to Chan, sat beside him, and gave it to him. He had a light pout on his lips as he avoided eye contact with the older Australian when he thanked him. 

Chan chuckled as he held the cup with one hand and proceeded to wrap his free one around the blonde's waist, bringing him closer to his side. "Still mad about earlier?" He asked in a slightly teasing tone, making Felix give him the slightest of glares.

"Yes." The younger said. Felix was upset about what happened earlier today. Chan was called to a meeting right as he woke up and he went without even having a cup of coffee or a glass of water. Felix was not happy about that. 

Chan sighed and chuckled softly before he leaned his face closer to Felix's, gently brushing his lips on the younger's freckled cheeks. "I'm sorry... I'll make it up to you" He whispered before backing away and began drinking the coffee Felix had made. 

Chan hummed with the first sip and smiled at the pouting boy. "Wow, this tastes amazing.." He said softly, trying to light up the younger's mood. 

The little pout on Felix's lips slowly disappeared as a small smile replaced it when he heard Chan's words. He loved it when his cooking was praised, so whenever he'd get a compliment about something he made, his whole face would light up in an instant.

"You look pretty when you smile like that, Felix" The younger then turned his head to the boy who sat on the other side of Chan. Jisung was leaning against Hyunjin, giving Felix an adoring look. 

Felix felt light flutters tickling the insides of his stomach and his smile widened as he looked down with a slight blush. 

Even after years of being together, he couldn't help but feel slightly flustered. It felt like he was being complimented for the first time all over again, and that feeling made his heart race a bit. 

"Felix is an angel" Hyunjin then spoke, knowing that the said boy was already flustered. He was trying to tease him, and when Felix groaned a bit at his soulmates and pouted at them to stop teasing him, Hyunjin let out his signature laugh, loving the reaction he got. 

Changbin chuckled too when Hyunjin laughed, finding the younger's cute outburst more hilarious than Felix's flustered reaction. 

This was how they normally were. Obviously, there were times they'd make each other mad, upset, and even hurt, but not in a way that'd leave a scar. They'd make sure everyone pitches in to light up the mood whenever something goes wrong. 

It wasn't that they didn't have problems that made their relationship so strong. But it was their effort to make things right, no matter how small it may seem. 

They understood each other, and they cared for each other. 


"By the way..." Felix started to speak after a few moments of keeping quiet. The other four who were on the couch with him looked at him, giving their attention to him. 
"How are we announcing about Y/N?" The freckled boy asked, looking at Chan curiously. 

Jisung nodded as he still leaned against Hyunjin's shoulder gently playing with the older's fingers, implying that he also wanted to know. 

Chan let out a small sigh before his lips formed a smile at the question. He took one final sip from the cup of coffee in his hands before placing it down on the coffee table and then turning his head to look at Felix.

"So... our managers will announce it on Twitter in an hour... and well... I'm going to make a post about it myself on Instagram as well" he said before turning his head to the coffee table, staring at the cup for a few seconds before a small sigh escaped his lips. "I hope Stay is supportive," He said softly.

Chan was excited to tell the world about his soulmate. The love of his life. 

But at the same time, he was nervous, knowing exactly the type of life he was bringing his soulmate into. He knew it wasn't always pretty being famous... and he wanted to make sure she'd be protected from both mental and physical harm. He believed in his fandom that they'd support him and the boys... especially since they were all tied by fate to Y/N.

Chan went silent for a moment, thinking about all the positives and negatives that would happen after an hour when they made the big announcement. His heart was beating in a rapid, excited way, but every now and then, there was an uneasy beat. It was the same feeling you get when you play a beautiful melody on a piano and then get a key wrong on the best part. 

The rest of the boys were also quiet, thinking the same thoughts that Chan did, until Changbin spoke up. 

"So she'll go with us right?"
