Iseul sighed when the peak of the morning sun brought the rays of sunlight right onto his eyes as he slept on the mat on the floor. A small groan left his lip as he opened his eyes and saw the window on the wall directly in front of him.

It was an unpleasant way to wake up really but he wasn't just going to change his sleeping position because of that.

He yawned a little, getting up and sitting on the mat, eyes narrowed and looking at the barred window. He could see the white puffy clouds outside from the window and the bars had some frozen bits of ice on them.

Iseul wrapped up the blanket he had. They did provide the prisoners blankets and luckily, he got a soft one which brought him comfort more than anything else in the prison.

It had been 3 days now.

He didn't bother to converse with other inmates and get to know why they were there.

He didn't bother sitting with another prisoner when they ate- he'd just sit alone, letting his mind wander into a blissful peace, letting it sail through oceans of memories and regrets, knowing soon he'd reach dry land, and that day, he'd be a different man.

He even almost liked it being there. He didn't have a job to worry about, his cell was pretty nice to lay around in all day and do nothing- although it could get slightly uncomfortable at times but he had that blanket to make up for it.

It was like a little escape from his life really.

It was a chance for him to think to himself, to repent, to change for the better.

But then again, every now and then, a surge of loneliness takes hold of him.

Prison may be the escape from his guilt and his life, but the escape of his mind... he missed it. He missed her.

Her dark cold eyes that melts every time he stared into them. Her long wavy black hair that sways perfectly with the wind, like vines of heaven moving with a blissful breeze. Her voice, like a melody stuck in his head that he could never get tired listening over and over again. Her. He missed her.

He missed Pan.

He missed seeing her eyes, seeing her smile, hearing her voice, watching her laugh. He missed her.

He still hadn't seen her.

She hadn't come to meet him yet, but he believed she would.

Maybe she was busy? Maybe she needed time after everything?

Or maybe, maybe, she wasn't coming after all.

Maybe, she had a change of heart. Maybe she sees him as a real criminal now and doesn't even want to see his face.
