"Ia, you have a meeting to get ready for!" Moonjin calls out.
"I know Moonie!"
"I wonder what they want to talk about."
"I don't know but we need to get a move on kid."
Moonie drives us to Big Hit, and we walk in. Since I have been an idol my brother has gone to my meetings at the agency. Being almost 21 now I really don't need him here. Since things have been getting more intense with our mother, I like having Moonie with me more often. Its hard when he is on tour with his group. Thank goodness your dad got the company to let you use their apartment in Seoul. The added security made it so your mother couldn't get to you.
The two of you sit in the conference room with your manager. After a little while the door opens and in walks Bang PD and another manager.
"Sorry to keep you waiting. We had to finish up a meeting."
"We were waiting long." My manager says.
"Kaia, we have asked you here to discuss some future plans. Since your tour has finished up. It is the perfect time to move you into a group."
"I still don't think that is necessary. I don't want to be added to a group and cause problems."
There is a knock on the door and someone else comes in. My eyes get as big as saucers when I see who walks in the room. It's Namjoon from BTS.
"Sorry I'm late. Rehearsals were running late."
"We were just getting started. I was just telling Kaia here that we were going to add her to a group." My manger says.
"Kaia. Namjoon. Your managers and I have discussed things and as long was the two of you can agree we will move forward." Bang says.
"I don't see an issue with it. I have watched you perform Kaia. I think you would fit in with the group." Namjoon says.
"Thank you. Aren't you preparing for a concert right now?"
"We just have the single tour date coming up in a couple months."
"I think we should wait until that is over with. Then there will be plenty of time for all of us to get know each other before a tour."
Namjoon nods his head, "Yeah, that way I can mentally prepare the guys that a girl will be joining us."
After the meeting you are talking to your manager and brother when you get tapped on your shoulder. You turn around and come face to face with Namjoon.
"Can I talk to you for a second?"
You nod and excuse yourself. He leads you back to the conference room.
"I just want to let you know that I had nothing to do with being added to your group. I know you don't need another member. Please feel free to refuse me joining. I told them I would be fine being solo still."
