Marinette's POV

Well the entire day went off like a steady rhythm. School, eat, homework, and akuma. Yes, nighttime akuma's are seriously becoming frequent. It stopped for a week, and now here we are again!

I screamed out the transformation. And landed on our usual spot, where Chat noir a.k.a Adrien, was sitting and thinking.

I went in front of him and waved my hand "Hello, Ag- I mean Chat, Akuma!"

He perked up, his ears moved a bit, and he looked sheepishly at me, before taking off to the akuma. I followed him.

What akuma is it now...?

"I will surrender" The man said. First thing I noticed? He freaking had black wings! He also had black robes, with dark blue designs imprinted on the edges. And a black war-like helmet. Wait, I think those designs are a language...I've seen them be-

"Greek" Chat answered for me.

"You know what it says?" I asked surprised.

"Kind of, Controller of death, Punisher of Souls, Master of Wealth and a bunch of other things, I cannot tell."

I nodded proud "You could be a good teacher"

"Oh umm...thanks" He said nervously.

The Man looked at us and repeated "I surrender"

"Is that all you are going to say? So, will you give the akumatised object?"

"Akum-what?" he frowned "No, I surrender to the Lord Hades"

"The what now?" I asked confused.

"The Greek god of the underworld and wealth" Chat answered again.

"How do you know all this?" I asked.

"Um...it just comes....to me"

"Uh huh" I gave deadpanned look "Just comes, all these history stuff and olden Greek"

"Yeah" He nodded, before turning to the akuma "We know where Hades is!"

"We do?" I said, at the same time the akuma said "You do?"

"Yeah, he's....in the underworld" He shrugged.

The akuma blinked, then laughed "You think I would not know! I need the entrance! I need to find the path to the underworld!"

"Well, we could help you dig" Chat tried. The akuma laughed again. "Hades is protected, it cannot be reached by mortal....digging....it needs an entrance. And It must be accurate, I do not want to end up in the labyrinth, or Tartarus." He shivered.

"What is your name?" I intervened.

"Hmm...Some call me Thanatos; Some call me Death; Romans call me Letus"

"Uhh-"

"You are the GREEK GOD OF DEATH" Chat shrieked. Then he started hyperventilating. I blinked a few times.

"Like are you an akuma, called Death, or are the real....Death god" I asked.

"Good question, I would answer, if you tell me...what an akuma is?" He stated.

"Well it's a huge black butterfly, and it goes into one of your prized objects and there is someone speaking to you, and then you transform into a villain" I explained.
