(AUTHOR'S NOTE: Hello and welcome to the official start of the Netflix Adaptation version of my story for the original One Piece anime, "The Isekai-Isekai Fruit"~! As of me writing this author's note it is nearly 5am on August 31st, 2023-so-HAPPY OPLA RELEASE DAY!!! I just wanted to let you all know that this will obviously be done a bit differently than the original fanfic. A big example is that Luffy's first day at sea based on the lore of the anime is on his 17th birthday in May. And I accommodated to that for my recent birthday special by making it be at least 3 months afterword taking place right before the start of the Baratie arc. But, since the purpose of that was to transition my age, we will be doing things a bit different here as I will be starting off in the story at my current age of 20 since the lore change for my self insert in the Netflix version is that I will have already been in this universe 3 months prior to Luffy first setting off. But I hope that nonetheless you enjoy it because I know I'm going to enjoy writing it! Especially since as of me writing this I am still the sole creator of a fanfic for the Netflix adaptation at least on Wattpad. Anywho-hope you enjoy!)
