(AUTHOR'S NOTE: HAPPY 2024 EVERYONE! Sorry I hadn't updated for like almost 2 months. I've been kinda struggling with this part to be honest and have decided to write for what I did have ideas for which is the original fanfic for the anime, which is currently on its Arlong Park arc. Honestly, now I'm struggling with both stories as well as creativity in general, so it's definitely gonna be taking longer for updates. I will try to get to writing whenever I get the motivation/inspiration. Also-uh-THANKS FOR 1K READS! It means a lot to me that at least a few people are taking the time to read my stuff. This chapter's a lil short/fast, so sorry about that, but I hope you enjoy it anyway!)

Zoro woke up to darkness and a splitting headache, he pushed himself up and looked around to see a much longer distance between himself and the sky than usual. As he slowly stood up he saw the fresh corpse of Merry. "Hey, you're finally up." Zoro looked over his shoulder to see Isaac sitting against the wall. "So you got thrown down here too?" Zoro asked and Isaac nodded. "Been trying to think of escape methods for the past hour...Nothing's really worked though." He explained before pointing to an area closer to Zoro, "Try not to step there, by the way. Kuro had my food messed with so I made myself throw up before I could get any sicker." Zoro picked up a grappling hook off the ground and began trying to throw it upward, "I figured you may have more experience with escape plans than I do so I decided to wait for you to get up before trying anything else." Isaac added.
