(AUTHOR'S NOTE: Hey so sorry there wasn't an update in a while! The week I had last updated was the last one I was going to be spending in California with my grandparents before coming home so I was trying to spend as much time with them as I could along with just packing and stuff, and then on the last day of September I had to go to the airport and on a plane for the first time in a LONG ASS TIME and then I spent some time getting used to my normal living space again, spent time with my family, the next day after I got back I went out with my brother since he got his driver's license, and then so far I've just kinda wiped out and procrastinated due to some recent negative events in my life plaguing my brain. BUT WE'RE BACK! And it's also October which means my ALL-TIME FAVORITE HOLIDAY IS COMING UP!!! Yeah, I'm a Halloween bitch, deal with it, I've loved this holiday since childhood. I may try to thrift or make a closet One Piece cosplay for Halloween but that honestly kinda depends on my plans for Halloween. And in October there was the artist trend called "Inktober" and after that came MANY ALTERNATIVES! And I started one that had a circus theme and so I made a ringmaster-themed character named Circe who I then decided to incorporate into my own One Piece canon. Uh-she isn't in the original story's version of this arc because I didn't think of her until like 2-3 days ago, but I really liked her and she's circus-themed like a certain pirate crew is so yeah she's here now. And I figured I'd try making a live-action visual for this chapter since it's her 1st introduction so I found her a face-claim and then did some simplistic editing stuff because like I've said before-I'm no editing wizard. ANYWHO HOPE Y'ALL ENJOY THE CHAPTER AS WELL AS THIS NEW CHARACTER BECAUSE SHE'S ONE OF MY FAVORITE CHARACTER DESIGNS I'VE EVER DONE RECENTLY!!!)
