PART 4: YOU'RE BEING RUDE...

Don't kill me, I had no ideas for days and had also lost interest in this ship. But my love for GenMui like skyrocketed again so I'm back.

It got darker as they made their way to Tokyo, and Muichiro fell asleep.

Genya let out a sigh as he looked at Muichiro. The soft moonlight shone on Muichiro's face.

So pretty...
Genya thought.

Wait! what am I even thinking? He's just my friend, just... my... friend.
He thought.

Hours later:

As the train stopped, Genya looked at Muichiro, who was still sleeping.

"Umm... Muichiro? Wake up, we need to leave."
Genya gently tapped Muichiro's shoulder.

"Hm...?"
Muichiro slowly opened his eyes to find Genya looking at him.

"That... Cloud."
Muichiro said.

"Huh?"
Genya looked at him, confused.

"You look like a cloud, I really like clouds."
Muichiro said.

"What are you talking about...?"
Asked Genya, clueless.

"Nothing really..."
Muichiro got up and they both walked out.

With the rushing noises of the city and the lights flashing everywhere, they could barely open their eyes due to it being bright as day.

"THERE WILL BE SOMEONE PICKING YOU UP AT THE STATION!!!"
Genya's crow flapped it's wings on top of his head.

"What the heck! Get off!"
Genya shouted.

Muichiro chuckled at the sight.

Ah... He's so cute when he's laughing too...
Genya looked at Muichiro with a blush spread across his face, completely ignoring the fact that he just admitted that Muichiro was cute.

A tall guy with scars and a very short guy with long hair, huh? Wonder where they are, I can't see them. Oh! There they are!

"I'm extremely sorry if I kept you waiting!!!"
A boy ran towards Muichiro and Genya and started panting in front of them.

"Ah! It's fine, we just got here, you didn't keep us waiting for that long-"
Genya was interrupted by Muichiro.

"Keeping a Hashira waiting... You should be punished in a very gruesome manner!"
He said as he glared at the boy.

"Uwaah! I'm so sorry, please, forgive me!"
He pleaded, bending down.

"It was a bit rude, don't you think?"
Genya asked.

"Hm...?"
Muichiro looked at him, looking as innocent as ever.

"Ah! Nothing..."
Genya looked the other way.

Somehow, he just couldn't look at Muichiro for too long. It would give him a feeling as if someone just released about hundreds of butterflies in his stomach. He would also get a feeling that his face was heating up.

"Let me take you where you'll be staying!"

Muichiro and Genya followed him.

"So... What are your names?"
He asked, smiling at them.

"Its-"
Genya was interrupted once again.

"You aren't worthy of knowing any of our names."
Muichiro said, as calmly as ever.

"Oh well... Too bad I guess!"
The boy laughed nervously.

Genya whispered into Muichiro's ear.

"You're being a little rude with him..."
He said.

"Do you really think so...?"
Muichiro asked as his big teal eyes sparkled. He was also blushing slightly.

Genya nodded.

Oh my goodness! Why does he have to look like this...
Genya thought as he blushed too.

"You should say sorry..."
Genya told him.

"Why do you have to be so sweet, do you hang out with Tanjiro all the time?"
Muichiro asked.

"Ew, I do not. Also, it's just manners."
Genya said.

"...You hate Tanjiro?"
Muichiro asked.

"I mean- he's fine but VERY annoying!"
Genya said.

"I know right? I don't usually remember much but everytime I see him, I just tend to dislike him sometimes. He's a good friend to me though. I think he's just annoying. He treated me well, so he's nice."
Muichiro said.

"I'm sorry on behalf of him, my name is Genya and he is Muichiro."
Genya told the boy.

"I see! I am Nishimiya Yukito. I usually am the caretaker of the demon slayers who have their mission in this region. Genya-kun, Muichiro-kun, I'm very happy to be of service to you guys."
He said.

"Thanks..."
The two said together.

Soon enough, it got really silent.

Muichiro broke the silence.

"About the demons... How much destruction have they caused?"
He asked.

"Uh... Though I don't know much, I can say that no one is harmed by the demon yet. But we are all aware of its presence..."
Yukito replied.

"Are you sure no harm was done...?"
Asked Genya.

"I'm not completely sure if no harm was done, but I am sure that nobody is killed yet."
Yukito replied.

"I see..."
Genya replied.

After a little bit of walking, they finally got to the house where they were going to be staying.

"This is the place where you will stay. And, I'll be staying here, so, whenever you need something, you can just call me, I'll be right here."
Yukito said, pointing towards another house near it.

"Okay..."
Genya said.

And the two went in.

"There are two bedrooms, you guys can decide which one you want by yourself. There is also a hot spring outside, if you want to use it. Otherwise you can use the washroom inside. I'll bring you guys food, just inform me. That's all! Enjoy your stay here."
He said as he went out.

Genya let out a sigh as he sat down.

Looking at him, Muichiro sat down too.

"That was tiring, but now we're here. Do you feel relieved?"
Genya asked.

Muichiro nodded as he suddenly rested his head on Genya's lap.

"Muichiro! A-Are you okay...?"
Genya asked, but Muichiro already fell asleep.
