As soon as we know it it's 11 pm. His phone is blowing up with messages from his mum. I know he can't stay but I want him too. He looks at his phone with a concerning face.
"Char it's ok, I'll see you tomorrow. I can walk you home if you'd like. I try to cheer him up .
I hear him gulp"thanks" he manages to mumble.
