CORIShe looked at all the comments on her Instagram regarding the launch of her site, and smiled. She finished up cooking not even ten minutes ago, and was just waiting on the oven to ding letting her know the croissants were done.
If it was one thing she always use to enjoy with her mom was cooking.. she heard the oven go off, and pulled the croissants out of the oven just as she felt two tattooed arms pull around her waist. "Mornin," he spoke kissing in between the folds of her neck. He tried to grab a piece of bacon. "Shit."
She laughed, fixing him a plate. "Here." She had made bacon, grits, eggs, and croissants. "Thank you," he spoke. "Mmhm," she mumbled looking at all his tattoos that covered his chest. He had so many.. some times she lost count.
"How your dinner went last night?" He asked chewing on the bacon. "It went," she spoke not really wanting to talk about it. "We still going out tonight?"
"Yeah," he spoke. "Okay, well I invited Chyna over to help me pick out a outfit," she spoke dancing in her seat. His face changed. "Why you looking ugly?"
"I'm not, that's cool," he spoke. "I gotta go handle some bidness anyway," he spoke sliding his hand around her, kissing her neck. "Don't be wearin that lil ass shit either," he spoke of the short ass dress she had wore the last time they went to the club. "Whatever," she spoke. "Be safe," she spoke grabbing his face and pecking his lips.
He left out not too long after and as she was sitting on the couch, her phone rung. Zoey. She rolled her eyes picking up. "What?"
"Really? You dodging my calls?" She had called three times. "Sure was."
Zoey sighed. "I'm sorry, open the door."
"Open the door? I hate you got my location," she spoke opening the door. She knew that was the only way Zoey knew where she was at. She still stayed with her parents but she was always at Vants place. Shit even when he wasn't. "Why you here?" She asked as Zoey just walked in.
"Cori Im sorry," she spoke flat out. "I can admit I was wrong. I should've never brought up that. I know how much that hurt."
Cori nodded her head. "You almost got yo ass whooped."
Zoey laughed. "Well I wasn't gonna go down without a fight."
"Mmhm," Cori spoke. "I hope you talked to Layah."
"Nope and not about too. She mad at me over something a nigga did to her."
"But did you take sides?" Cori asked.
"Not to me.."
"Mmhm, we'll at the end of that that's our sister. You need to talk to her," she spoke and Zoey made a face. Cori shook her head with a laugh before standing up walking to the kitchen. "So what you doing tonight? I do not wanna be in the house."
"We suppose to be going out to the club."
"Ooh I'm down, plus I don't wanna have Brian cooped up in the house," she spoke.
"Long as you come & don't be on any shit, cool.."
"Cool," she smirked in agreeance.
