Athena got up and pulled Mia with her. She looked at the oncoming clouds of purple. Panic filled every crack and corner of her body.
"Shit," she cursed and dragged Mia away from the cloud. Mia knew that cloud. Was it the demon bunny? No answer came. She just walked behind Athena, her eyes were wider than the Grand Canyon.
"No," Mia said and tried to run. But Athena just pulled her back. "No! Please!" She screamed at her.
Athena stopped and turned to face Mia, then she let go of her hand and grabbed her by her neck, "Listen," she gritted her teeth, "You are going to fix this. You brought it here! So you're getting rid of it!"
Tears were now streaking down her face, "I can't."
"You have to," Athena let go of her and grabbed her hand. Then she continued dragging Mia toward the source of the cloud. Mia didn't know what to do. Then another roar came getting louder and louder very quickly. Next thing they knew there was a... a person. A huge person. They were like ten feet tall. It was purple.
"Give me the girl," it commanded.
Athena shoved Mia behind her suddenly being protective, "Come and get her." Without hesitating the giant ran at them and swung its fist at them. But Athena dropped to the floor dodging it. Unfortunately, it hit Mia instead. She went flying like one hundred feet. she continued lying until she hit a tree. She fell to the floor.
She groaned, "Fuck," The back of her head was throbbing. And her chest felt like Mount Rushmore fell on it. She tried to stand but immediately fell back down. She was about to try to get back up when she heard crying. Was that her? Nope. It was coming from the left. Now her her nose was bleeding. She turned her head to see where it was coming from.
"Hello?" She didn't mean it as a question but it came out that way. The person tried to stop but a few sniffles later they went back to bawling. Mia tried to get up again but fell back down. She decided to crawl to them. When she reached the crying she saw Ann curled up in a ball.
Mia crawled to the young girl and hugged her. Ann wrapped her arms around her. "It's okay. You're okay." More screams erupted from the camp.
"What's wrong?" Mia asked.
Ann sniffled, "He's gone." She cried harder. Making Mia hug her harder.
"Who?"
"My brother," she was barely able to utter those words, "He turned into that thing," She pointed in the direction Mia had just been thrown from. Suddenly there was rustling from that same direction.
"Shit, Go! Ann g-go!" Ann hurried to get up. She started to run the way and stumbled when he turned back. She grabbed Mia and tried to get her up.
"No! Get out of here," Mia screamed at her. The tears coming from Ann's eyes could fill a lake.
"Please. I can't lose you. Please!" This broke Mia's heart. She pushed her but she came back. "Please." The rustling stopped. They both stared at where the noise was coming from.
"How sweet," said the giant (Ann's brother). He came out of the bushes and grabbed Mia. Ann started to run away but her brother grabbed her too.
"You're coming with me."
