Charlie: it's so quiet out here

Nick: yeah I love it

We've just left Nicks house and me, him, Isaac and Charlie are walking down the dimly lit streets, heading towards the field down the road.

Isaac: it's creepy but like... in a cool way

Y/N: i find it almost... romantic

I can just about make out Nicks smirk-smile in the light of a nearby lamppost

Charlie: must you two be SO in love?

Nick: yea, we must

Charlie: I figured

We keep walking down the street until we get to the field

Nick: come on then

We all trudge onto the field, which is a little muddy from the recent rain but nothing too bad, although I feel my feet getting slightly wet through my trainers

Y/N: aghhhh Im Gonna have wet socks

Nick: awwww poor you

Charlie: how dare the field be wet

Y/N: I know right like that's just rude

Me and Charlie laugh and he joins hands with me

Nick looks like he's about to object to me being taken by Charlie but he pauses and then shuts his mouth.

Charlie: let's skip

I laugh, assuming he's joking

Charlie however, begins to skip foward, almost pulling me over in the process

Y/N: Jesus Christ charlie!

Charlie: keep up!

Nick: wait for us!

Nick and Isaac then join hands and begin skipping in an attempt to keep up with me and Charlie- who as it turns out is a very fast skipper.

As we move further through the field, I begin to make someone out in the distance

Y/N: there's someone over there

Isaac: where? I can't see anyone

Nick: ohhh I see it, look over there there's a figure in the distance

Charlie: ooooh maybe it's a hot murderer

Y/N: charlie-

Charlie: whatttttt

Just then the figure looks up and seems to see our little group in the distance

Charlie: it would appear that hot murderer has spotted us

Y/N: sooo do we run?

Nick: they're probably not even coming towards us

Isaac: yeah it's late, they're probably just going home

But as the figure keeps walking, it becomes clear that they're not in fact walking home, unless home happens to be right where we're standing

Charlie: they're definitely coming towards us... should we leave?

Just as the group is contemplating what to do, the figure walks past a lampost and for a brief second we see it's face

Nick: oh shit...

Isaac: we need to get out of here

But before we have a chance to move he's already in front of us. There's no chance of him leaving us alone now.
