Chapter 7

I woke up to my normal alarm clock. Good thing it's Saturday because my mom always makes me breakfast. I ran downstairs to see my mom now where to be found.

" Mom " I yelled no answer

" MOM " I screamed louder.

That really strange my mom never leaves unless its important an if she did she would leave a note.

I walked to the fridge there was a note. I frowned when I saw this note.

Dear Jess ,

Hey sweetie. I'm sorry to say this but I got called to work and its in Hawaii. I sorry sweetie I really need this they said if I go I get a raise . I hope you understand.

Are you fucking kidding me the day that I finally get to talk to my mom and tell her everything that happen she's gone and won't be back for who knows how long.

I open the fridge an grabbed some strawberries I threw them in the blender with some yogurt and turned it on. When I saw that it was creamy and the way I like it I poured it in a glass .

I walked upstairs with the glass in my hand. I open my door and sat my drink down . I grabbed my phone it was 10:00 Niall should be up. I called Niall who answer really quick.

" hello baby" he said my heart fluttered at his words.

" hey " I said I didn't have a name to call him.

" So what are you doing today he interrupted my thoughts.

" nothing that's what I was gonna ask you that. " I paused " my mom out of town do you want to come over" .

" sure babe ill be there in 30 " he said .

" okay I can't wait " I said jumping up then hung up.

I ran over to my bathroom I open the door and grabbed my brush and brushed my tangly hair . I pulled out my straighter and plugged it in setting it on high.

I started to straighten my hair but then the worst thing happen I burned my fucking ear I dropped my straightener and look at my ear it was red. Great now Niall's gonna see my crusty red ear.

I finished up my hair and brushed my teeth I ran to my wardrobe and pulled our a pair of light colored skinny jeans and a light green ruffled top. I put on my jean jacket. I pulled my hair over my shoulder. I looked in the mirror and check myself out.

I heard a knock out the door I ran downstairs and hurried up and open it. Niall stood there in a plaid button up shirt and jeans.

I gave him a kiss on the cheek and pulled him close in embrace. I love his soft touch.

" what do you want to do " I said smiling .

" we can have a drink" I said walking to the fridge.

" what would you want " I asked him .

We both looked in the fridge.

" I'll have a beer " Niall said I pulled out two bottles of bear and say them on the counter.

I pulled out the beer can opener my mom had. I handed the beer to Niall .

Niall and I walked over to the couch and sat down we did a cheers then we both took a sip my face scrunched up at the taste it was so powerful.

" like it " I asked Niall as he looked at me.

" yeah what about you " he said taking another sip then putting his arm around me.
