"I AM HERE!"

"Fuck," Izuku muttered. He knew he'd eventually meet his father again. Afterall All Might does live in the very city Izuku bought his new building in.

"Hello, Young Shimura!" Izuku sighed, deciding to be nice.

"Hello, All Might," Izuku smiled, though it was a bit forced.

"Can I speak with you?" All Might asked. Izuku thought for a moment, the greenette noticed blood slightly dripping from All Might's mouth.

The blood was so little it was near invisible. But Izuku had a knack for seeing little details, it's what made him so good at business.

"I'm supposed to be heading to my hotel to talk about the new hires with my business partners, but I suppose I could spare a few minutes. Follow me to my office."

"Of course, thank you young man!" Once inside the office, All Might coughed and transformed into his weakened state. Izuku dropped his kind expression.

"What do you want Toshinori Yagi?" Izuku huffed. "You should have made an appointment if you wanted to speak with me."

"I wanted to say hello to my son, is that so wrong?"

"No, but I'll tell you what IS wrong. Dumping your quirkless child on a poor old retired woman and not coming back into his life until your son is successful."

"My boy, please. Your sister was so happy to hear you were back in town. At least come see your mother."

"No, I'm good," Izuku shrugged. "You and Inko neglected me. Izumi and her friends bullied me. You don't deserve my attention, now leave before I call security."

"But-"

"Now!" Izuku spoke calmly, but his eyes held a mix of rage and sadness. All Might sighed, as he transformed and left the building. Izuku sat down in his chair, with a long drawn out sigh. "Fucking bastard. He dares disappear from my life and then comes back ten years later thinking he deserves my attention!?"

Izuku rolled his eyes, as he stood up. The greenette retrieved his briefcase and adjusted his tie. As Izuku walked out of the building he saw a bunch of new people being blocked by his security guards. One female reporter put his microphone in Izuku's face-

"Are you the ceo Shimura Izuku?" Izuku had dealt with the media back home in America, so he knew what to do-

"Indeed I am. What can I do for you, ma'am?"

"Is it true All Might walked into your building?"

"Yes, I had a short meeting with him, but you just missed him. I apologize that he left so quickly."

"Why did the number one hero stop by your building?"

"Well, my business covers support gear creation and design, hero school sponsorships, charity foundation support, and hero merchandise sales."

"He stopped by for some merchandise advice. Normally, I don't do walk-in meetings, as I'm very busy, but I could make a few exceptions. Since All Might IS the number one hero, I think I could spare a few minutes."

"Is it true you hire quirkless people?"

"Yes. That is very much true."

"Why would you hire useless people like them?" Izuku was starting to get a bit angry, but bit back his rage with a strained smile.

"Why wouldn't I?"

"Because they're useless! They couldn't possibly match up to someone of your status!"

"Ma'am..."

"Yes?"

"I AM quirkless," The reporter looked stunned as she realized his shoes. "The reason my company is called 'Minority Industries' is because me and my business partners are all part of minority groups. I am quirkless. One of my friends is autistic. And the last has what most deem a 'villainous quirk'. But I will say this now. No quirk is villainous or useless. No one is born evil. Quirkless people are just as useful to society as those with quirks."

With that Izuku left. The reporters were stunned at the fact a quirkless person was so successful.

"Ever since that weekend 5 days ago... Shimura Izuku had been unavailable for further comment on the growing ideals of 'Quirkless, not Useless' and 'No Quirk is Villainous' protests happening across the country."

Izuku smiled, as he watched the news. He knew his quirkless status would be controversial, but he never thought he'd start an entire societal shift with one media interview.

Sure, he wasn't really involved in the protest, but he was very much supportive of their goal and- as long as they remained peaceful or only fought for self defense- he gladly supported the protest.

Many of his employee had been scared to join the protest in fear of being fired, but after Izuku started putting up posters around his building saying things like-

'Quirkless, not Useless!'

'Our quirks don't make us villains!'

'Mutants aren't monsters!'

'Mental Disorders don't mean mentally insane!'

His employees started being more open about their wants to be treated equally to majority groups. Some even actively joined the peaceful protests.

Izuku smiled as he sat at his desk, working on some paperwork. He noticed he had a business meeting with Principal Nedzu and a few members of the UA Staff.

"Hmm, what is that rat planning?" Izuku knew UA was the last place that would want or need his help. And he knew how tricky Nedzu can be.

"Sir..." Came a voice from his desk phone.

"Yes, Ms. Seitai?"

"Your 12:00 is here..."

"Send them in," Izuku took note 12:00 was his meeting with Nedzu and the rat demon's staff members. Izuku pressed a button on his desk phone.

"David, can you come to my office?"

"Sure thing, Mr. Shimura."

"Thank you," There was a knock at the door. "Come in! It's unlocked."

The door opened to reveal Nedzu, Shouta Aizawa, Nemuri Kayama, Hizashi Yamada, Chiyo Shuzenji, and Toshinori Yagi. Izuku hid his frustration. Toshinori was part of the UA staff. That was why he was here.

"Hello, Mr. Shimura!" The rat gave Izuku a cold smile. Izuku would have shivered if he wasn't so focused on hiding his frustration about All Might being in the same room as him. David Shield walked into the office noticing his friend and the UA staff.

"Hello, Principal Nedzu. What did you want to talk about?" Nedzu and the other sat down at the provided chairs in front of Izuku's desk.

"Well, I wish to do business with you. Maybe have a few of my business course students and support course students intern here?"

"What do you really want, Nedzu. Anyone with half a brain knows better than to take you for your word."

"Well, that was one reason. But I'll admit I do have an ulterior motive for coming here."

"Which is...?" Izuku guestured for Nedzu to continue.

"It is true you are Toshinori Yagi's son?" Izuku froze...
