after what happened at the ledge, we hung out at lydia's for a few then we all decided to go home. "bye lyd!" i say as i walked out the door. "bye adri!! see you on monday!" lydia says as she smiles and closes the door. i start walking up the street going to my house. i had so many thoughts and most of them were about.. andy?! i have never been this way over a boy, and that's why im so confused on my thoughts but before i know it im standing in front of my house. as i start walking up to the door i hear something. "hey sanchez!" i hear andy yell as i turn around. "hey andy!" i shout back at him while walking back on to the sidewalk. "whats up" he asked, " nothing much, just got back from lydia's place" i said to him. "ohh ight" he says, "what about you?" i questioned. "ohh me and the guys are just going out to the skate park." andy says. "ohh ight, well i gotta go inside, talk later andy" i say to him while turning around and walking back to the door, "later sanchez!" he shouts while getting back on his skateboard. i open the door and see my brother just staring at me. i walk inside and close the door. "whats up tiago?" i asked him. "why were you talking to goldfarb?" my brother questions me. "who?" i ask, not necessarily knowing what he means. "andy, why were you talking to andy" he says, slightly annoyed. "uhm i dunno?" i say while shrugging. "i dunno?? thats all you have to say?!, listen i dont want you talking to him" my brother says, slightly raising his tone. "why not? you literally met him on friday.. you probably know nothing about him" i say with an attitude. "you're right, i dont, but aaron does, he said andy is a player.. its like hes.. 𝐇𝐄𝐀𝐑𝐓𝐋𝐄𝐒𝐒." my brother shouts. heartless? that doesnt seem like him, i mean it does but at the same time it really doesn't. "whatever tiago" i said and went upstairs to my room. while i walked up the stairs i accidentally bumped into my sister. "where are you going?" i asked my sister. "ronnie's house" she replied. "who?" i asked, "that stacy girl's sister" she replied. oh god, that might be embarrassing for her but i just stood silent and went to my room. i took off my slides and flopped on my bed. i started scrolling on tiktok till i got a text from someone.

i pick up my phone from my bed and answer the face time call "hii" i say to andy while placing my
phone against my vanity mirror then sitting down. "hey sanchez, how are you?" he asked
me. "oh im pretty good, what about you?" i asked andy. "im good aswell, your room looks lit" he says. "oh, thanks dude, i spent weeks on it" i say while laughing. "well it was definitely worth it" he says while laughing with me. "how are you liking it here so far?" he asked while looking at me through the phone. "i actually like it a lot so far, i made a shit ton of friends and i start hebrew school tomorrow" i say in response. "oh no way, i go to the hebrew school here too, thats gonna be sick" he says to me. "yeahh it's probably gonna be fun". "oh my god! wednesday me and lydia are hanging at my place, you should come and bring one of your friends! it would be fun." i say to him, hoping he says yes. "ight yea that sounds dope" he says to me. "ANDY GET OFF THE PHONE AND GET BACK TO SKATING, THATS WHY WE ARE HERE" i hear aaron yell in the background. "well sanchez i gotta dip, talk to you later" he says to me. before i can respond he hangs up. MY GOD THAT DID NOT JUST HAPPEN. i put my yeezy slides and start sprinting to lydia's house. once i get there, i knock on the door, clearly out of breath. the door starts to open. "adriana are you okay?!?" she says looking at me. "yeah.. im fine.. i just.. wanted to say .. andy and his friend..  is coming over to hang.. with us.. on wednesday.." i say sighing in between breaths. "what!? your joking right?!?" she says while looking at me "i wish i was" i tell her. "oh my god! we have to look out best!! im sleeping over wednesday right?" she asks me. "yeah of course girl!" i say to her while laughing. "well girl i gotta go. see you monday!" i shout while running back. "you could of just told me this on a call!!" lydia shouts. i know these next few days are going to be.. interesting.

"I DONT CARE, WHY ARE YOU STILL TALKING TO ANDY GOLDFARB?!?" he says while raising his tone. "hes my classmate santi.. what do you expect" i say while rolling my eyes. "yeah i wouldnt mind that, but hes coming to our house?!?" he says. what.. how did he find out?!? i look to the left and try to grab my phone but its not on my bed anymore. "TIAGO GIVE ME MY PHONE!" i shout, realizing thats how he found out. "no, im not gonna give it back" he says to me. "MAMI, TIAGO WONT GIVE ME MY PHONE BACK!!" i shout, knowing that since im the youngest, ill get my way. "PAPI GIVE YOUR SISTER HER PHONE" she shouts. "ugh whatever" he mumbles. "WHAT WAS THAT MR?" she shouts "NOTHING MAMI" he says quickly. "thats what i thought". "heres your dumb phone" my brother says while throwing it on to my bed. "thanks..?" i say in response.
