TWO HOURS UNTIL DAWN

EMILY - TUNNEL TO THE SANATORIUM 05:16

"This place goes on forever. Think your parents didn't know or they were really into the spooky murder tunnels?" I asked, holding Matt's jacket close to me. Fuck, it was freezing with my shirt and jacket torn up, sick fucking pervert. I looked back, sending a bird Chris' way as we walked down the never ending tunnels.

"I don't get it either. It's like this mountain has a whole hidden city within it! Those mines were impossible to navigate, I would've been lost for sure if Josh didn't find me." Beth responded.

Damnit, who the hell built this place?!

After a lot more walking, we finally reached the end of the hallway. "This is the way I came from, the sanatorium. It leads back to those damned mines." Jessica scowled.

Swallowing nervously, Beth headed through the door. "Okay, there's nothing here-" Beth screamed as the door suddenly slammed shut behind her, opening it with such force that a loose rock fell in front of it, blocking her exit.

"Beth?!" Chris exclaimed.

Sam and Matt rushed over to the door, grunting as they tried forcing it open. "We can't get it open!" Matt yelled, straining against the door.

"Guys... Guys, find another way. Find another way to the sanatorium, Jessica knows the way, we'll meet there! We can't waste any time!" Beth yelled from the other side and we could all hear her running off in the opposite direction.

"Beth! Beth?!" Sam yelled, trying to force the door open, "Beth, come back!".

Good god, she was crazy!

Looking around the tunnel, I looked down, noticing a manhole cover on the ground. "Hey, guys! What are the chances of this taking us to where we need to go?" I asked, pointing out the manhole.

Stepping away from the door, Matt made his way over to the cover. "Alright, I got this." Matt said. Kneeling down, he grabbed both ends of the cover, grunting as he hoisted it up. With a strong lift, he slid the lid off.

"That's my Matty." I said, blowing him a small kiss.

A blush covered Matt's cheeks, stepping back as Sam offered to be the first one down. "If I die, I'm haunting all of you." Jessica scowled, about to go down. "Let us go, I don't want him to try running.".

"I won't." Chris scowled, getting a glare from Matt in response, "Fine.".

"Like hell we'd trust anything he said." Jessica scoffed, watching the two boys climb down. "I will admit, that was kinda sexy.".

I scoffed lightly, "Damn straight. But remember, Matty's mine.". And with that I climbed down after them, joining Matt's side.

???

Meanwhile, lost deeper in the mines laid Mike. Slowly his bruised and beaten body moved, coughing as he woke up. "Fuck... me..." Forcing himself to sit up was excruciating, needing a moment as he stood up. "Augh..!" He hissed out through gritted teeth, looking around. Fuck, it was freezing.

Searching his environment, he managed to spot a jacket. "Thank you..." Mike hobbled over, sliding the jacket over him. Bonus, there were shoes. "Fuck..." He managed to say, nearly falling forward as he tried putting the boots on.

A shriek filled the air, making him tense up, looking around. As he backed away, he heard a sudden growl, looking back to see a white wolf. "What the...?".

"Don't forget to cover the manhole back up!" Sam called out as I was the last one on the ladder.
