Damon went to Sheriff Forbes as she darted towards Tyler, Matt she darted towards them.

"What's going on? Who's hurt? Where's Caroline?" she looked between the two waiting for an answer.

"She's in surgery," Matt told her.

"Have you all been checked over?" she demanded, scanning them for injuries.

"Yes,"

"What happened?"

"We were driving, and Tyler heard this noise. He got a migraine or something and he lost control of the car and I – I thought Caroline was fine. And then... and then she wasn't so..."

The redhead pulled him into a hug, he clutched onto her. She could feel him fighting back tears.

As she pulled away she saw another familiar figure.

"Elena!" she headed towards the brunette as she came into view. She jogged over and as she turned the corner; she saw that Elena had stopped beside Bonnie.

"Bonnie, how's Caroline?" Azalea heard the brunette say.

"She's weak, they're not sure she's going to make it." Bonnie said nearly crying.

"What?" Elena gasped; Bonnie hugged her. "Is there anything you can do? A spell or something."

"She doesn't know how. Do you?" Damon said walking towards us.

"No," Bonnie said regretfully. "I don't."

"No, you don't, because it took Emily years to learn a spell like that."

"Yeah, well, I can take down a vampire. That spell was easy to learn."

"I could if I knew exactly what's wrong," Azalea said.

"I can give Caroline some blood," Damon said.

"No, no way,"

"No, just enough to heal her, she'll be safe in the hospital. It'll be out of her system in a day. She'll be better Elena."

"It's too risky I can't agree to that," she said.

"It isn't up to you Elena," Azalea said. "I say we do it, Bonnie?"

Bonnie nodded.

"Damon, go help her," she told him, he nodded. Glancing at Elena once again before he left the group. She spent another hour at the hospital, she began to look for Damon. She couldn't find him, or Elena anywhere so she decided to apparate home. After the uncomfortable squeezing sensation was over, she walked outside of her house, planning to check on the Gilbert family, and see if Elena had made it home ok.

She blinked and Elena was right in front of her. Azalea went to speak, but then the subtle variation in the brunettes normal body language and the fact that she had appeared right in front of her, seemingly out of nowhere.

"Katherine," she said, trying to keep her movements subtle as she put her hand but her side where her wand lay.

"So... You're the great Azalea Potter," Katherine said looking her up and down, assessing her tiny frame.

"Wow that famous huh," she kept her voice strong, however once again this year her traitor heart was thumping madly. The brunette smirked at the sound.

"Relax, I'm not going to hurt you." She told her, putting her arms up in a half-up, almost mocking surrender. "You're more famous than you know. Vampires know you for two reasons. Well, most. The Salvatore brothers haven't seen the rest of their community much. Here." Katherine offered Azalea a piece of paper between her fingers, when the redhead didn't take it straight away she waved her wrist and pulled a face to take it.
