Here's another chapter. Once again sorry for the huge gaps in between updates. If I get another request to update then I'll try and update sooner.
I come up with the weirdest of titles. Anyways, thank you for all the reads and comments. I want to dedicate this chapter to @justafanfictiongirl. I hope you enjoy the new update. I really appreciate the comments.

Monday came way to quickly. It was raining when I woke up. Rather nice actually. When I was with my parents and it rained... well it was uncomfortable.

Aunt Trudy took steve and i to school. when we got there it started to rain harder. As I ran into the man building to get out of the rain i noticed a beautiful blond haired, blue eyed girl waiting. I said hello to her then continused into the building and over to my locker. As i turned back to look i could dee peter taking pictures. When he got to my brother, steve was kissing the girl. I smiled and went to go look for tony to return the locket. Unfortunantly the bell rang before I could find him. As each class came and went tony stayed quiet. I was going to give the locket to him and stopped when people started laughing at me. The picture of me covered in spit balls had made it online. People from all over the lunch area started pointing at me. I felt bad for my friends because they were also being made fun of. I thought they would defend themseleves, but instead they sat there with their heads between their legs. Not literally thought.
I ended up stayinf in the library for the rest of the day. Loki found me a couple minutes befor the bell rang. He was nice. Loki did not like tony and what happened at lunch put him over the edge. When the bell rang loki picked up my things and we started walking to leave school. The day was going to end ok till the tw of us ran into tony. As tony started to appologize i slapped him. He childishly shoved me. Intead of doing it back i kissed him. Loki stepped in and thats when Secretary Hill came on the intercom and said, "can Miranda Rogers, Tony stark, and Loki Odinson report to the principals office.

when we got to the lovvy area secretary hill pointed for the three of us to sit down. We were about to sit down when Principal fury walked out and motioned for us to file into his office. The boys were nice enought to give me the only seat, besides fury's. Fury said, "you two know the rules. As for you Ms. Rogers, Since you are new I'll let you all off with a warning and clean-up duty." I nodded my head then tuned out after that. I didnt care, I just wanted to go home. When he was done talking i used my powers and went home. I was waiting for Aunt Trudy to start yelling at me. She never did though.
As I walked into the kitchen to find aunt trudy and steve waiting for me. When they saw me my aunt went frantic and said, "are you ok!!??" when i nodded she continued with, "good, you're grounded. No ice cream for a week," she laughed then left. When I knew she was gone I turned to my brother and said, "I kissed him Steve." He smiled then inquired about what Fury's punishment was. He laughed after I told him then grabbed his jacket and went upstairs.

The next few days were spent like normal and at the end of each day loki and I cleaned at one section of the lunch are and tony cleaned at another. Each day took over an hour and each day loki pestered me about the kiss. When i told him he just about flipped. He told me he was proud. I didnt understand why till much later though.
About two weeks into our clean-up duty tony and pepper got into a fight about what happened. she wanted my name and he wouldnt give it to her. Loki told me not to think about it so i didnt. I was glad i didnt give him or the situation a second thought because tony left with pepper on a vacation. I wanted to talk to him about everything and found myself sad becuase of it and what happened.

Tony had been gone with pepper for about a week at this point. Loki walked me home after we finished cleaning up the lunch area. He was such a good friend.
The dinner I was invited to was tonight. I was worried the entire walk home, and when i got home that worry grew. I ran to my room after shutting the front door to get in the shower. After 5 minutes or so I got out and got into one of the nicest dresses I owned. The dress was a blue spinner dress for dancing. My aunt said it work for tonights event.
when i came back down stairs i found my aunt holding the boquet of flowers I asked her to buy for Ms. Stark. She got all wide eyed when I reached the bottom of the stairs. She shoved the flowers into steves hands then quickly went to her purse for her make-up. I fought her too and nail and eventually let her pit make-up on me and a flower in my hair. We smiled at each other then got in the car to drive me to the party. Once their aunt trudy said good bye and made sure I got inside before takinf off.

"tony is down in his lab. Dinner will be ready in a few minutes," said ms. Stark. I handed her the flowers and excused myself to go find tony. It took me awhile but I found my way into tonys lab. He had the music playing while working on something i couldn't make out. When i turned off the misic he turned around so quickly that i fell. Tony quickly went and helped me up. He said, "i'm sorry I starled you," as he took off the Iron armor on his left arm. I said, "If you dont mind me asking... What is that?" Tony took my hand and dragged me to the other end off the lab and turned on a computer. He had a kidish smile on his face when the spec's, to what he called Ironman, came on the screen. Tony said, "the armor is to help soldiers."
I looked at him and smiled, "you truly are something else tony." he smirked, "I know." Tony pit the spec/s to the armor back into the secure file when his mother walke into the lab and told us dinner was ready. He smiled at me as we ledt to eat. At the dinng room table Mister and Misses Stark asked me all these questions. I didn't mind, but it did bug tony. When we got to the main plate he got up and left. I excused myself and followed.

He was in his room and ready to slam the door. When he turned around and saw me he smiled and and let me into his room before shutting the door. "i'm sorry about that," said tony rather sincerly. He smiled again then went to tinker with another one of his projects as i went and sat on his bed. He had a lot of projects on his desk, mostly unfinished though. When he turned around again he had a smile on his face. He showed me the power source for the ironman armor then handed it to me. After we got to talking he told me about how he had left his vaction with pepper to come back. When I inquired more he freaked out and said, "I came back 2 days ago. I was going to make it up to her tonight and got side tracked." When a knock came to the door he shoved me in the closet. Right before he shut the door i said, "tell her you had to have family time and that you could not get out of it."

I knew i was going to be their awhile so i got comfortable in that little 4x4 closet and stubled across a very expensive bottle of scotch. Something i assumed to be for a rainy day. At first that bottle didnt seem all to appealing, but as time went on and watching him kiss pepper... well that bottle was half empty, and i drunk when he found me after pepper left. I said, "tony... did anyone ever tell you how... how handsome you are...?" He smiled and was a complete gentelman. He let me sleep in his bed while he took the floor.
...
The next morning i woke up to tony shutting the door in his room. He said, "morning, i brought you these." He set a cofee and a pain relelaver on his night stand as i said, "thanks." He went to his desk and grabbed the chair as i continued, "what time is it?" When he told me it was two in the afternoon the next day i freaked out. he then told me how his mom called us in sick and even how my aunty trudy stopped by. "we told her you were to sick for company."
He smiled at me again then excused himselfand wnet to take a shower. Boy i loved it when he smiled. Its making me smile just thinking about it.
When he was out of sight i went and looked at my phone. When the screen lit up i saw i had several missed calls and a text from natasha. the text said to call her, and when i did she jut about freaked. I had to pull the phone away from my ear as she started yelling at me. When u finally got the chance to explain what happened... well she laughed then said she would bring me my missing work when i left stark manision.
I hung up the phone then got the sudden erge to through up. It wasn't fun, especially when tony was in the shower and I completly forgot. As i flushed the toliet i heard the shower turn off and heared tony say, "come to get a little peak?" I got immediatly red after that. I was so embaressed when i turned around to leave that my face was till red. It had made tony smile, "you can take a shower and get cleaned up if you like." tony took a moment to fix his towel then walked over to me and continued, "kara I'm so sorry fpr everything that has happened." when i tried to say i was sorry to... well he pulled me in and kissed me. i dodnt fight it. I fell head over heals for him, but when we were done he took a dew steps back and appologized again. He was about to walk away when i took his hand and said, "Dont be." Tony kissed me again. This time was longer than the last. He got dressed after then took me home.

When i got out of his car he smiled and said, "good bye." I was about halfway up the steps to my house when i heard his car door get slammed shut. I turned around and saw him running over and said, "i dont want to lose you." he walked up the stairs and met me face to face then continued, "I;m a mess, I dont get this." He paused to take my hand, "Kara I really like you and i'm going to do what ever it takes to make sure i dont lose you." He let fo of my hand and pulled me in closer to him before continuing, "i mean it."
i siad, "i know you do," then smiled as i put my hand on his face. He was about to kiss me good night, but stopped when steve walked out. He said good night then left
