Everything was the same, but in a way, it wasn't. He saw the world through different eyes. It seemed Eywa had turned on him and had made the last year hell for Tsu'tey. He was banished a little before they fled for High Camp; thus, he had no idea where his clan had gone. The animals turned on him, and the only one he had to rely on was his ikran, whom he'd stuck close to ever since he got banished from the clan.
He was utterly alone, and he was a few notches short of losing his mind. Bitter and unruly rage grew inside him, and all of it got directed towards his daughter—a pathetic, ungrateful little brat who could be anywhere now. There was no point in exacting revenge when he could be searching for her for the rest of his life. Pandora was an enormous place that his ikran wouldn't be able to cover.
Tsu'tey was currently flying his ikran over a large body of water. The forest was to his left, and he searched for a promising hunting place. He'd never stayed in one spot for too long. The day was lovely, the sun was hot, and there wasn't anything in the ski...
He and his ikran dived for the ground when six ikran came into his view. He swooped under them so they wouldn't see. A shimmer of hope gleamed inside him at the thought that they may be his old clan. He looked closer and saw a human boy he remembered as Spider, sitting on the front of one. He was ready to race forward to see who it was. However, upon further inspection, he realized he didn't recognize any Na'vi on the ikran's backs. It didn't take him long to learn they were Avatar's instead.
Tsu'tey followed below them for a while before the ikran with spider changed paths and headed back around. Curious, Tsu'tey followed behind until they reached a large facility and landed. His eyes couldn't take in the amount of alien things. It was weird, and a pit grew in his stomach, but he didn't have much to lose. Tsu'tey slowly brought his ikran into view, and the Avatars turned six guns on him immediately.
They watched as he landed in front of them, their guns drawn, waiting for him to do something. Tsu'tey stepped off his ikran, and the leading Avatar cocked his weapon. "Wait," Spider said after seeing Tsu'tey, Yeriyah's abusive father. A man Spider was glad to see leave the clan. "He's from Jake's clan."
The Avatars put their guns down. "Do you speak English?"
"Yes." Tsu'tey spits like the question were stupid. He takes a closer look at the Avatar, and his eyes widen slightly as he remembers the human face of this Avatar. He tried to hide his shock. Neytiri talked of killing this demon, and now he stood before Tsu'tey. Very much alive.
"What do you want?" The male asks. Spider stood beside him, giving Tsu'tey an odd look, a mixture of confusion and anger.
Tsu'tey smiled slightly at the group of Avatars. A pit grew inside Spider's stomach at the sight. It meant nothing good was going to come of this alliance. "I want what you want."
"Oh yeah? Which is what exactly?" The male asks and takes a step towards Tsu'tey, an eyebrow arched.
"Jake Sully and his family...and my daughter." Tsu'tey hissed, and Spider looked away. A wince was clear on the human boy's face.
The Avatar walks over and holds out his hand. An alien greeting that he's seen Jake try many times. Tsu'tey stuck his hand out anyway and met the male with a handshake. "Welcome to the team then. Just heard about a rogue gunship headed towards the eastern sea. You know anything about that?" Quaritch asks.
