Growing Up Is Hard to Do

Over the course of the next few years, Lily and Petunia grew up into fine young toddlers who were very well behaved. Norbert and Treeflower spent lots of time with their daughters and tried their absolute hardest to give them the best life they had, which they successfully did.
It was a bright sunny September morning. September 28, 2011 to be exact. The trees are now orange,red,and yellow and the leaves began to fall from them. Lily and Petunia are still sleeping in their beds all peacefully when happy fun music starts to play in the background out of nowhere,waking the girls up instantly.
"Auuugh,what is that noise and where's it coming from?!" Lily asked her sister Petunia,covering her ears
"I don't know Lil" Petunia responded,covering her ears as well
All of a sudden their father appeared smiling gleefully with streamers and balloons all over him
"HAPPY BIRTHDAY GIRLS!" Norbert said excitedly
"Huh?" Lily and Petunia are confused as they look at their calendar and see that it's September 28th with the label "Lily and Petunia's birthday" circled all over it.
Lily and Petunia gasped and both looked at each other happily as they start jumping on their beds excitedly
"IT'S OUR BIRTHDAY,IT'S OUR BIRTHDAY!" both girls chanted excitedly
Norbert sees their excitement and chuckles to himself
"Alright girls,contain your excitement cause we got a lot to do today before your birthday party starts" Norbert reminded the girls as he tried to untangle the streamers around him.
"Are all of our friends coming to the party daddy?" Lily asked her father still excited
"And Uncle Daggy too?" Petunia added also still excited
Norbert smiled at his daughters as he ruffled their hairs,"Of course they all will,my little angels".
Norbert finally got untangled as he got up from the floor
"Who wants breakfast?" Norbert asked his daughters,"Your mother is making a spe-acial breakfast just for you two".
"ME!" The girls shouted excitedly as they rushed over to the kitchen.
Treeflower was in the kitchen making Lily and Petunia's special birthday breakfast. Their birthday breakfast contained 5 layers of different kinds of pancakes;Normal,chocolate,banana,vanilla,and peanut butter,along with a few pieces of bacon and sausages and a piece of maple wood for good sees her daughters come running down the stairs happily
"Morning mommy!" The girls said happily
"Good morning girls,happy birthday!" Treeflower said in a cheerful tone as she finished making breakfast.
Lily and Petunia sniff what their mother is making and they like what they smell.
"Mmmmm,is that?" asked Lily
"Mmm-hm" Treeflower nods her head,"It is my sweet Lily"
Treeflower then hands over them their plates of pancakes,bacon,sausage,and maple wood as Lily and Petunia were in awe as they licked their lips in anticipation.

"I hope you girls enjoy it," Treeflower said as Lily and Petunia began to chow down at their breakfast with glee.

Norbert walks downstairs to the kitchen as he sees his daughters excitedly eating their breakfast. Norbert walks over to Treeflower and kisses her cheek as they watch their daughters eat so and Petunia let out loud but cute burps
"Ooops,excuse us" The girls said embarrassedly
Norbert and Treeflower begin to chuckle as Norbert looks over at the clock and notices that things still need to get done before their birthday party at noon.
"Alright girls,now that we've had our breakfast,we got stuff to do before the birthday party starts" Norbert declared as he grabbed his to-do list from his fur pocket and grabbed his reading glasses as well.
"Okay let's see..." Norbert began as Lily and Petunia walked over to their father looking over the to-do list,"Make the birthday cake,that's e-asey! Decorate the dam,kay. Collect the birthday presents,make the phone calls,get ready and then start the party"
"Ooooh sounds so exciting daddy!" Petunia beamed
"What can we do daddy?" Lily asked her father
Norbert rubbed his chin in thought," Hmmmm,well you girls what, go get ready and when you two are ready,you girls can help me bake the birthday cake. How does that sound?"
Lily and Petunia smiled excitedly as they rushed back to their room getting dressed.
