Periods

not a story but related

I have always wanted to take care of someone when they are on their period with cuddles and chocolate.

But I can't 

Because I don't have anyone that 

A. Has their period

B. Is close to me

C. Isn't a family member older than me by >10 years

D. I see on a consistent enough basis 

People will ask me stuff like 'what's your dream date' expecting me to say something like going out to my favorite restaurant or something. I want that, but with a bloody twist.

Like, I want you to make plans to go on some romantic date with me and then unexpectedly get your period. 

I want you to be unprepared and not in the mood to be out in public. 

I want you to come back to my place and let me take care of you aggressive southern hospitality style. 

I want to watch you in crippling pain so I can fix it with advil and heat packs.

I want to cuddle up with you and watch your favorite movie to make you feel better.

And I want you to want to do the same for me.

Obviously not all dates I go on will be like that because 

A. There is about a 25% chance you are on your period at any given time and for this to work, it has to be the FIRST day 

B. It has to be unexpected because otherwise you'd have likely considered what you would do if you got it.

C. You'd have to trust me well enough to come to my place and I'd have to know you're trustworthy because now you know where I live

D. You have to do all of the above simontaneousley (I cannot spell this for the life of me even autocorrect doesn't know what I typed)

Picture us together, two girls at a restaurant, eating out food when you suddenly get your period. You want to leave now so we go back to my place and we cuddle up and watch Netflix together, snacking on your cravings, and you fall asleep in the middle of your favorite movie. It's just so romantic and...

now I'm making myself feel so lonely because I want a girlfriend and I can't stop crushing on straight girls.
