She is going into fifth grade this August and apparently she went into the bathroom with one of her classmates and the classmate asked her what a tampon machine was. My sister didn't know and when she told me this we had a conversation that went like this:
"But it's self explanatory"
"No it's not."
"A tampon. Machine."
"But what is it."
"You're joking."
"What is a tampon machine?"
"There is no way you don't know."
"I hate you."
"I hate you too."
SHE WAS TALKING ABOUT THE METAL TAMPON DISPENSER AND SHE CLARIFIED THAT BUT STILL DIDNT UNDERSTAND WHAT IT WAS.
Like, I don't remember a time when I didn't know what a tampon was because I was ten when I started googling this stuff because I didn't want to ask my mom. I really thought she knew for some reason.
