April 7th, 11:42 AM

5th Ave. Manhattan, New York City

A sleek black car pulled to an abrupt stop as the police began to set up a roadblock. The flashing of blue and red caused panic to descend onto the crowd. A man in the backside glanced outside the tinted windows with disinterest. "Excuse me, driver, what's the holdup? The agency requested my presence as soon as possible" the white-haired man said blandly. The young driver flinched at the harsh tone of his passenger. "Sorry sir... I understand the importance of your time but the police are blocking off the street. I think it has to do with the bank."

Isamu decided the best way to speed things up would be to handle the situation himself, after all, he didn't plan to tarnish his perfect reports by being tardy. The tall man walked up to the scene and stepped over the roadblock.

"SIR! Can't you see that we're in the middle of a situation? It's dangerous for civilians!" yelled a concerned younger policeman. Isamu could tell he was new to the job due to how shaken up he was. "It's alright officer, leave it to me." The man said as he patted the young male's shoulder. It's ironic really; considering that they're probably the same age.

Passing the policeman, he walks up to another officer with lizard-like features holding a megaphone and commanding his fellow officers. "Ah Chief, mind giving me a debrief on the situation?" he says with a small smile greeting a familiar face. "Mr. Midoriya, just the man I need! We have a hostage situation inside. Our intel reports that we're dealing with four perpetrators. Only one of them has used a quirk so far. He was able to delay our communications with nearby heroes due to him disabling our electronics. All four are armed but the quirks of the other three assailants are unknown." The chief had a straight face, but because the younger male knew him personally, he could tell he was stressed. After all, it's unusual for a street in New York City to be not patrolled by a hero.

"Don't worry chief-" the young man said as he patted the shoulder of the policeman. "I'll handle this real fast, after all, I'm late for work," he said with a chuckle. Chief James gave him a look of disbelief but then smiled to himself with a shake of his head after remembering the hard-headed "kid" he was dealing with.

The tall man strolled past the remaining officers with his head held high and his hands tucked into the pockets of his signature trench coat. As he approached the front entrance, a bullet was shot directly at his forehead. Unfortunately for the villain, it stopped prematurely. He smirked as the bullet began to move away from him and onto the ground. "I've got to give credit where credit is due after all, you're a pretty good shot." The man who fired the gun seemed to be looking on with disbelief before he realized that this intruder was a hero. The masked villain stumbled and promptly shouted towards another gunman, "I t-thought the boss said no heroes would be on patrol."

Isamu took a second to look around to assess the situation; about thirty hostages who all seemed to be unharmed and in no immediate danger, luckily. The interior seemed to be roughed up a little and a few security officers were unconscious on the floor. Big city banks notoriously hire licensed security detail so these villains must either have powerful quirks or have extra help. He thought to himself as he closed his eyes to sense his surroundings. "You can either surrender now-" Isamu pushed up his sunglasses with one finger, "or you all can choose to pay for your hospitalization."

A large man rushed from behind the bank teller, with a quirk-activated fist, to catch the white-haired hero off guard. However, he stopped in his tracks before he could reach said hero. All four villains began to feel intense pressure placed upon their bodies as they saw a green shine from behind tinted glasses. Isamu let out a sigh before responding to such antics. "If that's your choice."  Each one of the villains began to look at one another in confusion and fear as they all felt a growing pain in their skulls before falling to the ground unconscious.
