Touwa has long mid-tight length icy silver hair with a water blue fade and blood red and royal purple eyes. He would normally have tall glittering crystal-like dark blue horns, a long white tail that fades to a dark blue that has a webbed fan end, and thin but very powerful and very large waterproof feathered wings that have the appearance of water. He would also have pointed ears like an elf, sharp canines, and nails.
